Chapter 17

Grace POV

I woke up early and decided to go shopping at the good will I had a lot of change I could maybe buy a cheap pair of jeans.

I look around and I found a pair of jeans they looked really nice with my sweatshirt I tried them on they were so comfy and they were 5$ I was so excited I went up to the cash register and I paid for the jeans I asked her what time it was she said 10:37 "okay" I say I leave the store and go to a public restroom in McDonald's and change in the stall I try to comb out my hair with my fingers it looked somewhat decent I didn't have any makeup because I can't afford it and I don't need it. That's the best I'm going to do I say to myself.

I look at the clock and it's 10:50 oh I got to go I say I walk down the street and I see the Starbucks I'm kind of nervous and excited all at the same time.

I walk in and I see him he is at a table and he has a coffee and a blueberry muffin I walk up to him and I say "Hi" "oh hi" he says "um you can sit down" "thank you" I say. Um what's your name" he asks me "oh my name is Grace Martin, what's your name" "my name is Logan Paul"

It was the first time I have seen Logan so close he had a nice jaw line and beautiful eyes they were so pretty and his hair looked so fluffy and he was so tall compared to me and his arm muscles were so defined.

Logan than wakes me up form my day dream "ha ha ha we both have a first name as our last name". "Oh yeah" I say as I giggle

"do you want to do the 20 questions"
Logan asks me "yeah I say"

I say "where are you from"
Logan says "I have lived here for a few years but I was born in Ohio"
"that's the same for me I say I have lived here for a long time but I was born in Ohio".
"Where are you from in Ohio" I ask
"I'm from Cleveland"
"oh I'm from Cincinnati" I say
"do you have any siblings" he asks me
"No I don't" I say "do you have any siblings" I ask
"Yeah I do" he says "I have a little brother named Jake"
"That's cool, do you have any pets"
Yeah I have a parrot named maverick and a little Pomeranian named kong.

"I used to have a kitten when I was little he was black and white and we called him mittens. But I haven't seen him in a long time."

Logan POV

Grace was talking about a kitten or something but I couldn't concentrate. Her eyes, her smile, her hair, her laugh every thing she was perfect. Her eyes were bright blue they looked like the ocean. And her hair was a dirty blonde with highlight it was naturally wave. She just had this look and smile that made my heart skip a beat.

Grace POV

I could feel Logan starring at me. Because he didn't say anything for awhile. "Do you think we could meet up like this again" I say. Yes I love too Logan said very fast then he blushed.

"Do you want to do this every Monday, if your not busy" "I'm not busy" Logan says we get up and I give Logan a hug and he gives me a really big hug and his muscles surrounded me It was the fist time I really felt safe with someone. We stayed like that for a few seconds until I break apart and he leans down gives me a kiss on the cheek I probably looked like a raspberry I blushed so hard.

He then walked out and I stayed and finished the muffin I was pretty hungry.

Logan POV

I walked out of Starbucks I think I'm so happy I was truly happy. I feel a bigger connection with Grace then I have with any other girl. I can't wait till next Monday 😊
