|15| A Class' Angel

This is more of a special chapter, you can skip it but this character will most likely be back in the future.

-Third POV-

It's been a few days since the whole pool incident, and finals were approaching. Class 3-E had just finished being mocked at, during an assembly.

"Aaaaah, who knew those main campus guys were such jackasses~" You whined. Kayano just grinned. "Hey (Y/N) before we head back want to grab a drink or something?" Nodding, you followed the green haired girl.

Not looking where you were going you bumped into someone.

It was a beautiful girl, around the same height as Kanzaki. She had silky light blue hair, which reminded you of Nagisa's and her hair was tied into a low pony tail. The shimmering white eyes of pity she gave you, you completely zoned out. "Hello?" The girl spoke.

Her voice was soft, and honestly almost convincing to make you swing the other way. "O-oh! I'm sorry for bumping into you!" Bowing immediately. She just giggled. "What brings you guys here?"

Kayano and you both jaw dropped. Why was this main campus girl being so nice? "Oh! Let me guess are you buying drinks? Here let me pay." She ran over to the vending machine and put some coins in.

"Come over here and pick what flavour!" She said and smiled. Hesitating both you and Kayano walked closer, seemed like no harm. Not until a boy appeared out of no where pressing the button twice for melon juice. "H-hey! That was for us!" Kayano said angrily.

The boy who pushed the buttons was a strawberry blonde boy, similar in heights with Karma, striking purple eyes that seemed cold. He scared you.

"Ikumi." The girl who's name was Ikumi jumped at his sudden actions. "U-uh Shū-kun! I-it's n-not-" he cut her off. "Listen, how many times did I say not to be nice to these scums." He said not afraid that you and Kayano were there.

"I just thought it was a nice action!" Ikumi protested. You felt bad for the girl, it seemed as she was being forced by the boy. The boy who's name was "Shū" turned towards you.

"I'm sorry for my vulgar words and actions but please refrain from speaking to Ikumi." The girl just stood behind him looking into your eyes sadly.

You had to do something. "Why not?" You spat at him.

"Listen. She's already annoying enough to deal with, and the fact that I have to marry the annoyance makes it worse, please don't pile more garbage onto this trashed female." The male spoke. He spoke those words so easily, Ikumi behind him ready to cry.

Ikumi then ran away without even protesting to say a word. Kayano then tried scolding "Shu" and you dashed towards Ikumi.

She was sitting on a bench crying. Walking up to her you sat down beside her. "Ikumi, right?" Her eyes watery and looked up to you. Without a second thought you hugged the girl. "You're not trash alright?" Ikumi could only muffle out small sobs.

"I don't know what happened to him. We used to be such good friends when we were kids." Ikumi explained.

You listened to her story.

Ikumi Yuu and Asano Gakushuu. Both childhood friends, eventually learning that they only met each other through the force of parents. Once Gakushuu got older it seems that he refused his father more and more often. Rejecting to marry Ikumi. Ikumi only tried her best to win his affection but it only became worse.

"Man I'm pathetic~" she let out a forced laugh. Shaking your head you looked at her. No, keep fighting! I bet you can win his heart." You said trying to comfort the girl.

"What do you even see in the guy!" Ikumi only giggled. "I know he's rude, but I also know it's love, (Y/N) even if he treats me cruelly I can't help but feel my heart beat faster."

Titling your head in confusion you replied "I don't understand." Ikumi gave another smile, "You'll understand when you meet the person you love!"

She only smiled and stood up. "Thanks for listening (Y/N). I really owe you. I hope we can become better friends!" She gave you a smile and your heart melted for a second. Standing up she left to go attend her classes.

Looking up into the sky you sighed. "I guess class A does have an Angel."

"Does that make you Class E's?" a familiar voice rang through the atmosphere.

"Then you're the devil."

"Never mind that! I never knew you had those kind of words (Y/N)! No keep fighting I bet you can win his heart~"

Turning around you glared at the owner. "What do you want Bakabane." You groaned out. "Wow (Y/N), back to being my bully~" he clutched his heart and faked the feeling of pain. Rolling your eyes he stepped towards you and sat down on the bench too.

"You know you should really listen to your own words. Fight for Isogai~ he'll fall for you." He teased. Leaning forward to punch him, he dodged. This caused you to lean onto his chest, and trigger a memory.

"I know it's love, (Y/N) even if he treats me cruelly I can't help but feel my heart beat faster when I'm near him."

"If I'm fighting for Isogai why do I feel like this towards you...." you mumbled out.

Luckily the red head didn't notice as he was too busy admiring your features.

"You'll understand when you meet the person you love!"

You don't know what this feeling is... but for now you're going to endure it.
