Percy sat with Annabeth in his room studying. Annabeth sat on the other side of Percy's bed reading. Percy was trying to do his math.
Finally Percy looked up at Annabeth and smiled. Annabeth wore one of Percy's blue hoodies over a grey shirt that had an owl on it and some black leggings. She was biting her lip and had her cute little concentration face on. Her feet dangled off the side of his bed and she was kicking them. Percy was twirling his pencil. Both of them had ADHD bad. This was mild.
Annabeth glanced at him and raises an eyebrow. "What Seaweed Brain?"
"You are so beautiful... I just hope you know that." Percy smiled. Annabeth blushed and looked away. Percy frowned when he saw her shaking her head. "What?"
"Percy I'm not beautiful. Mildly pretty at best." Annabeth rolled her eyes.
Percy move the things off his lap and sat on his legs in front of her. His face was very serious. He took Annabeth's hands and looked her in the eyes. "Annabeth. You are one of the- No are the most gorgeous person I've ever met. There is not a single person who could say differently. Why would you think anything but that?"
Annabeth gave a sad smile and looked Percy over. "I just... Growing up with Aphrodite kids around... I guess I just thought..." She trailed off and looked away.
Percy held her chin and made her look him in the eye. "No child of Aphrodite has anything on you. And you wanna know what? Aphrodite doesn't either. All she can do is try and make a replica." Percy kissed her softly then smiled.
"So when you see Aphrodite she looks like me?" Annabeth asks grinning.
"Yep. But still not close to your beauty." Percy smirks. And just as they were about to kiss Sally, Percy's mom, knocks on the door.
"Percy? There is a woman here to see you?" Her voice was worried. Percy's face went serious and he hopped off the bed in a graceful motion. He walked to the door and opened it.
His mother brought him to the living room and there stood the red head he met with the Avengers. She wore a black dress and flats.
Percy stood in front of his mother and held his hand behind him. "Mom. I'm gonna take this meeting to my room. Don't worry she will be gone shortly." The last word was almost a snarl. Sally nodded and walked to the kitchen.
"Follow me." Percy growled and led the woman back to his room. Once there he stood by his bed with Annabeth still sitting on it. Percy wore a black T-shirt with the words "I'm allergic to stupidity. I breakout in sarcasm." In white print, and some dark blue skinny jeans.
"Annabeth. This is one of the people I told you about." Percy didn't smile. His eyes had turned dark and his glare was terrifying. "I believe I told all of you to leave me the Hades alone! And if I'm not mistaken I gave you an extra special warning."
Natasha gulped. "Yes. But... We have no choice." She cast pleading eyes his way. Then she tried her luck with annabeth, she got an equally terrifying glare from her as well.
Natasha took in the two. They were close together, a couple maybe. The girl had blonde princess curls and grey eyes that were like two bits of ice at the moment. Her hoodie was to big for her, it must be Percy's. Percy apparently didn't like the look she was giving Annabeth.
"Your people even try to touch her and after she's done with you I will tear down your whole group." His voice was cold and dripped with loathing.
"Just listen!" Natasha pleaded. She could believe she was begging. "We need your help!"
