The Announcement Part 2

We start to laugh because of the scene that just happened before us. Then we begin to laugh even harder at the expression on Hades' face, it was a look of Why on earth are you laughing? Once, we calm down, we tell the confused Hades and Apollo that we were going to tell the rest of the gods next after their talk. Once Hades knew that, he calmed down and did something unexpected, he laughed at himself for getting so worked up, over his godly siblings acting like complete doofuses. Once my dad said that I asked him if he was alright, because he never uses that kind of vocabulary.

"Of course, I'm alright," Hades started, "my sun is getting married to a fine young man."

I couldn't believe that I made my dad happy by just being myself. Then Apollo starts, "Well boys, I want to have a lot of grandkids now, so go be..." "daaaaadddd, you know that it doesn't work like that," Will whined at his father.

We go to Will's mom's house to see her. He knocks on the door and his mother answers with a look of joyous shock. "Will and Nico, I am surprised to see you." She says with the beginning of a smile. She leads us to the living room and has us sit on the couch, I am surprised by the fact that she remembers my name from the one time we had met last Christmas. As we sit Will says, "Mom, I have something big to tell you... Nico and I are getting married!" He finishes and I just look at his mother who sits there, emotionless for at least 30 seconds, the she throws her hands up and says "Yes, I knew he was the one for you my dear William." Then she preceded to ask a hundred in less than a minute, and we just sit there, and mumble out we haven't figured it out yet. I pipe up, "We still have a few people before we were going to plan the wedding."

We get back to Camp, right before dinner and with the rules we dot sit next to each other, but we do walk around asking the 7 and Calypso to meet in Nico's cabin after dinner. Once, dinner was over and the group of us met in Nico's cabin, Will and I begin to bounce slightly with excitement. Percy asks "Why are you so bouncy Nico?"

  I look toward Will, who nods slightly and I burst out, "Will asked me to marry him and I said yes." Percy looks absolutely stunned and Annabeth looks excited and pushes Percy to the side when she asks how he asked. Will tells them the story and I pull out my Mythomagic cards.
