Semptember 21st, 2017:
Midnights pov
"Baby, look at me."X said grabbing my jaw. I was panicking. "Calm down your safe with me. I won't let anything happen."
"Jahseh I-i'm scared."I cried into his shoulder. I've never been so damn scared in my life. Your prolly like 'Why the hell she scared she was in the hood'. You also gotta remember my brother was always with me. My breathing started to become harder as i panicked more. I'm having a panick attack. "I-i need my b-brother."
"Look, calm down and breathe. In threw your nose out threw your mouth. Go to the closet and call ski and trip try to be quite tho."I nodded and crawled over to the closet slowly sliding the door. I crawled inside the closet being as quite as possible. I dialed trips number and waited as it rung. After a couple rings he answered.
(Trip is bold)
"Hello?"He said in a groggy voice.
"Trip plz come to jahsehs house someone broke in."I cried into the phone.
"Ight look i'll be there ina couple minutes. Mid breathe ok stay calm."He tried comforting me.
"Bubba plz hurry."
"I'm in the car right now."
"Ok. i love you trip."
"I love you to jada i'm almost there."He said then hung up
"JADA WE KNOW YOUR FUCKING. HERE!"I heard a deep voice. Whos we? Who the hell is that? "COME ON OUT AIN'T NOBODY WANNA HURT YOU."
I looked at Jahseh and he shook his head. 'Don't listen to them'He mouthed to me. We heard footsteps coming closer to the room. X crawled into the closet lifting me up so i was now on his lap. I leaned my head onto his shoulder and closed the closer door with my foot.
"Jada, trust me. Your gonna be fine. I be damned if i let someone touch you."He whispered to me. I kissed the side of his head and nodded. I heard a car pull up. A couple minutes later i heard gun shots go off. I got off of x's lap and ran out the closet to the bedroom door. I swung the door open and quickly but quietly walked downt the stairs. No one was in the house i thought until i saw a puddle of blood from the corner of the kitchen. I ran into the kitchen and saw my brother.
"TRIP."I screamed as i collasped next to him. I checked his neck pulse and it was very weak. "Trip don't close your eyes."
I patted his pockets for his phone and eventually found it. X came down the stairs and saw us. He rushed over to us and searched for gunshot wound as I dialed 911.
X's pov (2 hours later)
Me, jada, ski, and keke are at the hospitial waiting to bear bout trip. Jada won't talk to noone not even ke. I've tried to talk to her but she just looks in the other direction. I'm not mad cuz i was the same way wit my sister.
"Jada pilot?"The doctor asked walking into the waiting room. Jada shot outta her seat and walked over to her.
Midnights pov
"Ms. pilot, your lucky it was just in his side and not the middle of his stomach or it could've been worse. But he is awake and is ok he asked for you."She said leading me into his room. I thanked her and walked into his room. As soon as our eyes met i ran to him and embraced him in a hug carefully to not hirt him.
"I'm so glad your ok."I whispered as a tear escaped my eye.
"I am to."He chuckled. I stood back up straight and wiped under my eyes. "Don't cry i'm ok."
"Trip you don't understand how hard it would've been if i lost you. You're the only man i grew up with. I woulda went through hell without you."I told him as i pulled a chair next to the bed.
"Well look wipe them damn tears and be glad i'm still here."
"Ok."I chuckled. Even in the worst moments my brother will always find a way to make me laugh. There was a couple small knocks on the door and i looked towards the door. X, ski, and ke walked in.
"Aye nigga glad to see yo crazy ass alive."Ski dapped him up. "Now we gotta get this shit handled. I wanna know who the fuck broke into our house and shot my vro."
"Hey babygirl?"X whispered into my ear. I hummed in response. "I love you."
"I love you to."I said as he kissed my temple. "I'm tired."
"I am to, We'll go home in a lil."He assured me. I remembered something after he said that.
"Babe what about that thing for that girl?"I gasped.
"About that-"
"Mid i gotta tell you sum."Trip cut x off. I looked towards him. "Mid the person who broke into the house was our dad....."
(Fuck sciene my nigga i ain't even get to see the damn eclipse. Also school finna suck ass tmr. Let a nigga approach me he gon get hit one time.)
