'Really heichou?' I thought as he walked out of the room leaving me with Annie. She was back, the one he thought he could never forgive for all the things she has done. Annien Leonhardt.
As Captain Levi left the room Annie looked up at me with a red face. Then I realized that I was holding her close, really close. I let her go immediately "S-sorry" I said with a slight blush on my face "n-no i-it's okay!" She said just as flustered, "so we should get ready for your upcoming trial that decides wether you live or die" i said to her 'damn, her eyes look beautifu-wait Eren you can't think that she is your enemy she killed Petra' I thought to myself "Eren? are you okay?" Annie asked me with genuine concern in her voice " why should you care!?" I snapped at her "you killed them Annie, you did, not Bertholdt not Reiner but YOU DID YOU HEARTLESS TITAN!!!" I shouted at her. I was mad, that is until I heard quiet sobs coming from Annie "Annie I'm sor-" "LEAVE ME ALONE!" She yelled in a non-surprisingly cold voice. "My mom died because of what the three of you did!"I slightly shouted "How did you know about Reiner and Bertholdt?" She asked silently (A/N WARNING Anime spoilers ahead) "Reiner told me about it on top of wall Rose and then we fought as titans, I would've won had Bertholdt not gotten in the way" I said to her. Nothing, absolutely nothing, she just stared at the ground.

Annie's POV
As I walked down the hallway to probably my last moments alive. Strangely enough I felt calm and ready if I was sentence to death. I entered the courtroom with my two guards who put me in the centre of said courtroom and placed a bar behind my back (A/N eren vs levi style) and walked over to the side of the courtroom. The judge banged the gavel on his table to get the court session started. I think his name was like Dory Zackel? No Darius Zackly that's what his name was, He wore a regular military jacket with all three insignias of the three branches.

"Order in the court" He boomed and the courtroom suddenly went silent as if all the sound was drained from the room. "We are gathered here today for the trial of Annie Leonhardt, A.K.A. The female Titan who massacred hundreds of civilians and soldiers alike, if charged guilty Miss Leonhardt's sentence will be death by Titan shifter candidate, who is none other than Mikasa Ackerman, Any objections?" He said to all the people in the room 'hmm this is it I guess I'm gonna die by my rival's mouth literally' I thought I was done for until some stupid suicidal bastard yelled "I OBJECT!!" Gasps could be heard, ladies fainted, babies cried, and Mikasa. well Mikasa just stood there doing nothing. "As much as I would like the death of Annie Leonhardt, she could still be a useful asset in the field for the survey corps, such as teaching us about the warriors and where they are truly from." He said with more confidence than expected. 'Damn Eren when did you become armin?' I thought as I chuckled to myself "okay thank you for your opinion mr Jäeger, but now let's hear the Military Police's argument" he said "kill her" said Nile Dok my former leader "Don't f*cking kill her, please" is what the scout regiment said (A/N aot in 9minutes reference) "Compelling arguments!" He said " I'll give her to the scouting legion under Lance Corporal Levi's command" he finished "thank you Mr Zackly" Eren said receiving a kick to the face by Corporal shorty (Levi) and getting knocked out.
