Chapter 14

Your pov
You woke up seeing your new Bonefriend cuddling you in his sleep. You giggled at him and walked into the kitchen to find some food. You opened the fridge and good thing you thought papyrus about some different food except for spaghetti or you will have spaghetti for breakfast. You grabbed some eggs and you opened the freezer and took some frozen bacon. You turned on the stove, cracked the eggs and put those in a bowl. You mixed it and when you finished,you put them in the stove. Then you unpacked the bacon and put some in the pan. You heard the eggs and bacon sizzle and it's already making you hungry. (yum :p)

While you were cooking, you felt boney hands on your waist. You already knew that it's sans. "Hey kitten. Whatcha cooking?" Sans said as you turn around."oh hey sans! You finally woke up! I'm cooking bacon and eggs. By the way... Have you seen papyrus? He was supposed to be up before me..." "Oh! He's having a sleepover at Undyne's. He said that he will be home tomorrow." You finished cooking and put the food in the plate and got one for you and sans. You started to eat. "Mmm... This is delicious (y/n)!" Sans said while his mouth is full. You put a finger on his teeth (cuz he ain't got no lips), swallowed your food and said "don't talk while your mouth is full!" You said smiling jokingly. You both chuckled and finished your breakfast. You went to the couch and turned on the TV. You flipped through the channels and you see something interesting... You saw an advertisement about a contest. "Greetings people watching TV! We all hold a contest in sunny town to see who is the best cook! Everyone that has the skills must enter! It's held at the middle of the town at the August 30 at 3:00 pm! When you win, the 3rd price is 5,000 gold! The 2nd prize is 10,000 gold and a brand new car! And the 1st prize is, 20,000 gold, 3 limos and 3 house and lots! You can enter now at the middle of town where the golden flowers are located. You must think of a great dish to serve! The contest awaits you folks! Until next time!" The commercial ended and moved on into a advertisement about something. Sans muted the TV and looked at you with his white pin pricks are now big white stars "(y/n)! You must enter that contest! You are a great cook and we can have a better house!!! Separate houses even!!! Even separate cars!!!! Come on!! Let's enter you in there and you can show the world who's the best cook in the world!!!" Sans said hopping up and down excitedly on the couch. You haven't seen him so excited before!

"Woah woah!!! Chill sans! Chill... I want to enter but that doesn't mean that I'm the master cook of the world! There might be some more people out there even greater than me in cooking!" "But (y/n)! You are the cook I have ever met! You have the finest food and it has a original taste but with a twist! Come on! Let's go!" Sans said literally dragging you out of the door "sans wait! Let me get ready!" "Ok fine. Sorry I got too excited there! Sorry." Sans said scratching the back of his skull and he was blushing like mad! "Nah it's okay!" You said and went to check the calendar. "Okay. So it's August 19 today and the event is at August 30. Hmm... 11 days till the competition... Okay! I will be right back sans!" You said and went to fix your hair and your fur on your ears and tail. "Okay let's go!" You said and you went out.
(The town you are living at is sunny town that's something I forgot to explain sorry :3)

You and sans went to the middle at Town and saw a long line for the contest. "Woah... Seems like everyone wants to get the prize!" "But no matter what... You are the one who will get it (y/n)!" Sans said " sans you are always never too sure but thanks for the encouragement. Even if you think I can win.... There is always others that may win..." "No I don't think so (y/n) I know so! So come on! Get your hopes up high and you can win this!" "Sans jeez calm down! I still have 11 days to prepare! But I will get my hopes up high until the contest! Thanks sans!" "Anytime kitten" sans said and you noticed that you are almost to the front of the line. You and sans waited....

Time skip by the loooooong line

You and sans were finally in front of the line. You saw a man at the counter. "Hello mister! I want to participate in the cooking contest!" "Oh! Sign here ma'am!" He said and pointed to a space to the paper with under the other signatures. You happily signed it and the man smiled at you "good luck at the contest ma'am!" The man said and you and sans went back to the house.

Since then you were always practising at cooking. You always read some info on food and how to make them. Sans is always by your side comforting you if needed. You were getting better and better at cooking by every 10 hours. You were excited and you always try your best at practising but In the contest, you will try your very best!!! You were pumped and ready for the contest.
