Graduation Day was finally here. Zo and I were at graduation practice, waiting for it to begin. Our principal began lining us all up, calling the alphabet backwards.
We stayed there for maybe an hour then we all left. Me, zo, and our friends went out to eat.
"Let me just say that I'm glad I met you guys. I think moving out here was one of the best things that happened to me. You're all amazing people and I'm glad
That we became friends " Lonzo said as he looked around the table."Awe Zo! We love you too! " Jordan replied.
"I'm gonna miss you guys so much." Ariyah said, tearing up.
"Awww Baby dont cry. " I said as I hugged her.
"I can't believe this is it. This is our last lunch as a crew." Javin said.
" alright enough sappy sad shit. I don't wanna cry. I'm gonna give y'all my address so we can hang out until Zo and I leave."
We finished up our conversation and then we went our separate ways. Zo dropped me off at home and the first thing I did was shower. Even though I'll have to take another one later. I put on shorts and tank top after my shower.
Oh, they moved out 2 months ago. They bought the house right across the street since the Alexanders moved out.
"Aaliyah!" I heard my mom yell from downstairs.
"yeah!" I yelled back.
"Come here!"
I get up off of my bed to go see what she wants.
"Yes mama."
"I'm in the kitchen sweetie."
I go in the kitchen and I see Markelle at the counter. I still get excited every time I see him.
I wrap my arms around his shoulders and kiss his face.
"You came!"
"Of course I did. You came to mine so its only right that I come to yours. Besides, I wouldn't miss my girlfriend graduate for the world. "
"Awe y'all are too cute. "
"It's because he's cute."
"Yeah, yeah. I got you something. "
"You didn't have to. Your face is enough"
He pulled out a red velvet rose shaped box that and handed it to me.
"Markelle... what is this?"
"Open it and find out. "
I open the box and I almost dropped the box because of what's inside.
