Chapter 3

~Hyun-Ae's POV~ 

"Hyun-ae!" RaeYoen called over and smiled, waving over to me. I smiled, tilting my head to the side with a cute smile and waved back. Standing in front of him and looking up.

"Hey, Rae!" I greeted and hugged him. Giving him a cheesy smile, while smothering my face into his chest. He smells really nice! Wow, that just sounded weird, at least I didn't say it out loud... He hugged me back with his slightly toned arms that wrapped around the lower half of my body.

"I haven't seen you since last week! I told you to text me last night, what happened?" He asked with concern in his tone of voice.

I raised my shoulders slightly and pushed out my cheeks.

"I guess I was too tired to text you?" I lied. Shouldn't I just tell him I went out to a bar and drank my problems away?

Nah.

"Ah... Alright.." RaeYoen tried studying my thoughts but shook it off after trusting her. "Anyways! We better hurry off to class!" He indicated towards the building.

I agreed as he began dragging me towards the building while I was still thinking about heading to class. "Don't we still have time before class?" I muttered.

RaeYoen laughed and looked at his watch.

"Better early than nothing. Since your always late to class all the time." He fooled around and entered the building.

"Shut up.." I felt withdrawn from what he had declared about her since I knew it was true.

RaeYoen stayed quite and continued walking until the reached to their room. Entering the place with her behind him and seating down after they found a spot

~Time skip class~

I packed my supplies away into my bag and yawned as class was finally over.

"Sleepy even though it's not even close to lunch time yet?" RaeYoen asked and placed his messenger bag over his head.

"Hey, this is the life how students like us are always like," I replied, rolling my eyes and smiled, placing my backpack on my slim fitted shoulders. "Anyways, I am hungry! We should go to a cafe to get some food!"

"Don't you mean you want to get cake instead?"

"N-no... I want actual food! N-not cake..."

"You always say you want food, but end up wanting cake more than anything else!" RaeYoen chortled and starting walking out of the room.

"That's not true!" I crossed my arms and pouted, while looking down but also following behind him.

"Alright, alright... Don't be so down because I am right~" RaeYoen grinned and crouched down to her height.

I tapped his nose gently and cracked a smile slightly. They got out of the building, RaeYoen stretched as soon as we got out and I pulled out my phone to check any messages.

"What are you looking at?" RaeYoen asked while resting his chin on my shoulder, looking at my phone. I giggled softly and flicked his cheek, putting my phone away.

"It's rude to look at someone's phone without their permission!" I shook my head in disappointment. RaeYoen was shocked and rubbed his cheek. He glanced at her slightly, looking away after. I felt bad and decided to take a hold of his hand; gently into my hand.

We walked to the cafe nearby and entered the store. RaeYoen looked around and slightly lightened up seeing how the cafe still hasn't changed. He placed his hand on my head and prowled for a table for them.

I went to the counter to order her usual and RaeYoen's usual. Paying for their meal and waddling off to go find where RaeYoen has decided to seat.

"What did you order?" RaeYoen glanced at her from his book while crossing his left leg over his right leg.

"The usual that we get" I responded to his question that he had searched for.

RaeYoen nodded and snickered. He listened to the sound of the chair I had pulled out for myself and settled down. Looking at his book and tapping the corner of the pages that were pressed together by other pages.

I pulled out my mobile and waited for their order to be ready.

After a couple of minutes of waiting, we finally have received our orders and began eating.

"I can't believe you actually got cake when you said you would get a proper meal!"

"I know... But I couldn't help myself from not wanting to get it!" I turned my lips downwards and stared at my slice of cake.

"Aish... Here have a bit of mine..." He picked a piece of his food and picked up her chin, feeding her. He made sure that I had chewed the slice he has given to me until it was all gone. "Good you can now have your cake!"

I smile as my eyes twinkled and began eating my cake as I noticed RaeYoen was looking at me, while he was eating his meal.

"What?"

"You need to learn to eat an actual meal before eating sweet...."

I pursed my lips and carried on eating, ignoring what my best friend was telling me. I finished eating my cake a couple of minutes later.

I rubbed my stomach, standing up. RaeYoen had decided to go to the bathroom before leaving the place and arriving to his place. I grabbed my things before leaving and exited out of the store. Deciding to go home and rest up for a bit before the night has fallen.
