Who can I trust?

You think you know someone.
You think you can trust them.

Its like sailing on a boat
thinking you can float.

But you sink down
And sometimes drown.

Finding someone you can trust

It can be tough .
Knowing that this world is rough.

You reach out
But you full of dought

What if they hurt you
Not even having a clue
Of what they might do.

You grab their hand
Thinking they will help you stand

But they leave you stranded
Then You feel abandoned

Will you trust them again
Or will you be stranded on this unknown land.

Trust that's what you need.

You need to trust someone but it is hard.

Its like a house of cards.
You don't know when it will come stumbling down.

You see him cruising down town.

Is he the person you've know all your life
You feel like I've been stabbed with a knife.

He gives you a hug
Then turns around and does drugs.

You cant feel safe in this place.
You get chassed

By a passion to feel safe and secure
But that passion becomes a blur.

Trust is it a must?
Or a want?

Everywhere you go its a taunt
To want.

You want it to be a must
So you can think you know Who can you trust.
