Forgiveness

Magnus stood by the far wall of the library. Maryse Lightwood was in the center, giving instructions for the battle. You would think that the High Warlock would be summoned to fight in the battle, or care for the wounded. No, that was not the case at all. I was hired as a babysitter. Magnus Bane. The high class warlock or Brookyn was summoned to be a babysitter. Of who, he wasnt entirely sure who he was watching. He was fully aware of Alec sulking in a chair on the other side of the room. He looked adorable. But there was no time to think that. They were seperated now.

It was strange. The fact that you could love someone so much, and then suddenly everything you had be gone. Magnus still loved Alec. Always will. But that didnt change anything. He actually felt sort of bed, Here he was, ignoring Maryse, just to think about how wonderful his ex looked. Alec glanced over at him, but quickly looked away. Usually Magnus would have too, but something about the boy made him feel upset. His posture. His compuser. Everything about him seemed distressed. Magnus longed to run over to him. To comfort him. But this was not the right place, or time.

After a few minutes the room cleared out. Everyone but Alexander, and some other child remained with him. Magnus walked over to Alec, and built up all of his confidence. He would not appear as a damaged child. The actual child ran out. For some reason the comfort of another being in here with us calmed Magnus. Now he felt out of place. Etxremely so, to be honest. Alec looked up at him. Magnus noticed that he was slumped in the arm chair in a depressed manner. Not a sad composure at all. Disappointed, maybe. But not upset. He raised an eyebrow and blushed. Magnus then realized he had been staring. But god did he miss that blush.

"Alexander, shouldnt you be preparing like everyone else?" He finally managed to get out. Alec looked shocked, then shook his head. Afterstanding up and shoving his hands in his pockets, he spoke.

"I figured you knew. I am being held back. I have been needing some extra help lately, and the Clave said I was unfit for battle." Magnus opened hismouth, but no words came to him. What extra help? Was Alec the one Magnus was watching? Clearly so.

"What extra help? Why?" Magnus blurted out. Why did his feelings for Alec have to be so powerful? Alec blushed again, and glanced down at the floor.

"After you left me I became really depressed. I started cutting, and nearly killed myself. You are watching me to make sure I dont.: He said quietly. Magnus stared at him in shock. He hadnt been in the best place either. Gone days without eating or sleeping. It hadnt gotten that bad though. Did Alec need him in his life that much. Without thinking Magnus cupped both of Alecs cheeks and kissed him. Alec was shocked, but quickly kissed him back.

The kiss was desperate, longing, and full of desire. Magnus' hands found their way to Alecs hips and pulled him closer. Alec let out a gasp of surprise, and Magnus slipped his tongue into his mouth. They faught for dominence. Alecs hands came up and wound around Magnus' neck, pulling them in closer and deepening the kiss. Eventually, Alec one. Magnus smirked to himself. He pushed Alec back slightly and pinned his back against the wall. He moved his hands slowly from Alecs hips to his thies. With little effort, Magnus lifted Alecs legs so they were around his waist. Now Alec was slightly taller then Magnus, and he wrapped his legs around Magnus' waist for support. He began tugging on the back of Alecs hair, causing Magnus to let a moan escape his lips. Then Alec pulled away slightly.

"M-Magnus. We cant. Not here." Alec said. Magnus glanced around and remembered they were in the library. With a smirk, he snapped. Suddenly they were both in Alecs room. With a shrug, Alec was back to kissing Magnus. This kiss was full of passion. Magnus layed Alec down on the bed, never once breaking there kiss. Soon enough clothes were strewn across the floor, and neither boy looked at the other the same way anymore.
