It is okay if you're bursting with anger
or sadness
or both
it is okay if it keeps you awake at night
it is okay if you feel like your friends
are not really your friends
they will love you regardless
just remember that eventually
you will not feel all these feelings
and you will be happy.
but for now, it is okay
