I just got back home from the mission. Let me just say that, physically, it was one of the most painful missions, I hurt my shoulder really bad so I have to wear a Sling. I texted Marisa a few minutes ago to meet me around the corner from her house, I didn't want to go far because it is dark out.

Marisa POV
I just got to the park when I saw KC sitting on the swing. I walked up to her only to realize her arm was in a Sling.
"Hey , what happened to you." I asked as I sat next to her.
"Well my shoulder popped out of place when an enemy agent threw me into a wall." She waved off.
I don't get why she don't think this is a big deal, she can literally die from her job and she isn't even out of high school.
"Why don't you take this seriously. You know from the work that you do people can actually kill you!" I exclaimed.
"Exactly, that's why I'm not complaining, Marisa, I know what can happen if I get caught by the other side but I did sign up for it when I accepted my job in the organization." KC said before getting up with me and walking to this tree we use to sit under as kids.
This tree was our talking tree, we haven't been under here to talk in almost a year but I'm happy that we're doing it now.
"I just hate it when we are hanging out and you have to go on a mission, it gets really boring." I expressed before laying my head on her good shoulder.
She looked down at me before moving to kiss my head.
"I know but you get to go on missions now."
"WHAT?! , really." I asked jumping up.
"Yeah, it's like you get to be your own mini spy." She laughed as she sat up.
"Not saying that I'm not happy about doing more missions with you , because I really am , but why do I get to go again?"
"Well we are undercover, remember , it's like twenty percent of the reason why we are dating , right now anyway." She said as she looked up at me.
"Okay so what's the other eighty?" I mumbled before sitting really close next to her.
KC smiled and grabbed my chin
"You" she replied simply before kissing me.
