Chandler's POV

I guess this meant we were going out?

Are we going out?

The question was on my mind. I wanted her to be my girl! Like really bad! Aaaaagh waddaido????

Mia's POV

I tried to sleep later that night. I couldn't. Chandler was on my mind. This was killing me. Killing me. KILLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! I heard a knock on my door. It was 11 at night and mom was sleeping. Who the hell could it be? Worried, I hopped out of bed and went to investigate. I decided it was probably Chan, so I didn't grab protection.

Stupid move.

A grown, scary man stood at the door and held me at gunpoint. I wanted to scream or run but if I did, he'd shoot me. I was scared to death.

Chandler's POV

I decided to visit Mia. So what it was 11 pm? I slipped into my flip flops and opened my door.

There was the worst sight ever.

Mia was being kidnapped.

I had to do something!! I couldn't just stand here! The goddamned man would capture her, rape her, kill her, and she'd be gone forever. I ran inside and told my dad. He immediately grabbed a gun and gave me one that, thankfully, I knew how to use. We crept outside. Dad snuck up and grabbed the man from behind, shooting out his shoulder. He held the screaming, bleeding man tight and had me call the police.

Mia's POV

Tears streamed down my face until.... I saw Chan and his Dad! They had guns! His dad motioned to be quiet and Chan was right behind. Mr. Riggs shot out the mans shoulder. The man fell to the ground in pain and Mr. Riggs held him down. He told Chan to call 911 and then to get my mom. You could guess she was already awake- along with the whole neighborhood. You could call that a grand entrance...

Chandler's POV

I called 911 and calmly reported the attempted kidnapping. Then, I calmed down Mia, who was still crying hysterically. I took her in my arms and held her tightly. We sat down on the ground and she leaned against my chest. I wrapped her in my arms and she finally calmed.

Shayneyney's POV

I heard gunshots. Sobbing. Sirens. This was particularly abnormal in my little quiet Georgia town. Especially at 11 at night. So I slipped into flip flops, told Mom I was going to see what that was all about, and went outside.

Devon's POV

I was awoke with a loud gunshot. I shot up in bed. "HOLY SHIT!" I screamed. All I could think about was: My parents, then Shay, Chan, and Mia. I ran downstairs, confirming that my household was ok, put on my shoes, and darted down the street.

Shayneyney's POV

I saw bright, bright police lights flashing. Sirens cried out loud, hurting my ears. Practically the whole neighborhood had woken up! There were frantic, crying children and frightened adults. I was very frightened myself! It was scary. I found the source of the commotion. All I saw was Chandler's dad on top of a man with a bloody shoulder and Chan holding a sobbing Mia.
