The cadaver was shot near the right temple within close proximity. Yes, it could be suicide or homicide. Shot within close proximity at about a hundred and eighty-four degrees angle, the victim might've killed himself.
This could also be a case of homicide since there were minor bruises found in the arms of the victim, and a severe one in his genital organ. The reflex angular shot might also tell us, if this were a homicide case, that the killer was some inches taller than the victim. No, there weren't wounds on his hands.
But there is a valid reason to call this case a suicide. In the drug test that I processed, the result appeared that the decedent took narcotics hours before the actual death, and was high.
