Not a cliche story

Math hates me

1 week had passed, I kept babysitting Vanessa and my math went from bad to worse. May and I were so busy in our own worlds that we rarely had time to talk. We didn't blame each other. We were still settling in and after 2 more weeks I bet we would be back together like we were in USA. 

It was math class and Mrs. Jennifer was teaching us. We had a big test coming up and she knew that I was stressed about it. The class left and she called me. 

"Hi Ayesha. I know it's difficult coping up and I can clearly see it on your face that you are tense. Trust me, been there...done that. However, to help you i'll tell one of my best students to help you", she stated. I beamed, I knew it would be an awesome idea. Tuition for free! What an opportunity. I nodded and she said,"You can meet Aiden today. He'll be teaching you". She smiled, went and my jaw dropped. Aiden! Like the one with the serious anger problem and an ego larger than Russia?!. Hell no! I would die. 

I managed to breathe and headed towards the Cafe. It was lunch so I could talk to that douchebag then. I took my plate and headed towards the dinner lady. I was walking and I nearly tripped when someone stepped on my shoelace. I clenched my fist, I was ready to give my infamous lecture when I saw who it was. Aiden. I managed to hid away my anger. Pfft! I'm not scared of him. I just can't enrage my future teacher!

"Sorry, my mistake" I nervously smiled. He smirked,"Ayesha knows how to apologize". I snapped, "Look who's talking. Correct me if i'm wrong but I never heard an apology yesterday". I realised what I did and said, "I-I'm sorry. I'm just in a bad mood. Also, do you mind teaching me math, Ms. Jennifer said that you wouldn't mind teaching me"

"Ok fine, I anyways need to drop Vanessa to your house, I can teach you math then", he bluntly stated. I nodded and went towards May while he went towards his friend. May gave me a 'what just happened look'. I told her about the whole thingy and all she could say is 'cool'. 

"When am I going to meet your mystery boyfriend? You still haven't told me his name and I haven't even seen you with any boy in this school. So he's definitely not in this school right?" She told that his name is Ryder and that  he is from another school and that this is a secret. Anyways, who will I tell? 

I was going to the cafeteria when this tall, toned, blonde boy said, "So you are the one who fought with Aiden?". "Yeah", I mumbled. "My fault, my name is Chase, I'm his best friend". I shrugged. 

His gaze shifted towards May and he asked, "Would you two ladies care to join us for lunch?". "So Aiden can kill me? I don't know about you but I like my life so no, no thank you", I snapped. "What she means to say is that we would love to join you as long as Aiden, well...ummm...you get the point", May interrupted and I just groaned. 

He beamed and 'escorted' us. (His words, not mine!). 

We sat next to the table and two other girls joined us luckily. We met them on the first day itself. They were Jade and Anna. They sat next to Mason and Parker (Aiden's other best friend's I suppose). 

Mason broke the silence by telling us about a party at his place. May and I weren't sure because the parties in USA were full out so over here it would be full full out! However, the boys including Aiden promised us that there will be nothing to worry about as they will be there. 

Aiden said,"I'll come to your house at 8:00 to pick you up". He gave me a knowing look because how could I forget babysitting his sister and being taught math. 

School flew by quickly (just kidding. It took ages). Then May and I were dropped home by Mason.

I entered the house and said,"The night  begins!"
