Mikasa is uninterested in Jean and annoyed by him for example look at episode 5 you will see that when Mikasa was looking for Eren ,she heard Jean shouting at Eren and while she turned around she had an angry and annoyed face for Jean saying that she is sick of him starting fights and arguments with Eren making Eren injured.Or in the trainee years she cut her hair as she was told by Eren despite being complimented by Jean who when he said that she didn't blush or anything and turned him down coldly without even caring.
MIKASA PRESPECTIVE
Her primary interactions with him relate to his rivalry with Eren, and it is unclear whether she is even aware of his affections for her. When he grimly admonished Eren for attacking her, Mikasa felt Jean was attempting to discredit Eren, and quickly became defensive on his behalf. It is implied that he continues to harbor feelings for Mikasa, as he lost his composure when he saw a Titan had grabbed her, and furiously attacked it head-on in order to save her.In other words she seems uninterested in Jean.
JEAN PRESPECTIVE
Jean has had a huge crush on Mikasa ever since he met her, and admires her beautiful black hair, although Mikasa has more or less remained indifferent to Jean. During casual conversation, Jean tends to blush and stutter around Mikasa and immediately jumped to her rescue when a Titan threatened her. Despite his crush, Jean does not sympathize with Mikasa's devotion to Eren, stating that most people do not share her willingness to throw their lives away for him. It was this same devotion that partially fueled Jean's resentment of Eren.
So no it is not cannon.
