Aorah's P.O.V.
As I sat next to my soon to be husband, I studied his features while he was writing the notes. I didn't notice I was staring very long until the classroom door flung open. The person that created such an entrance was the boy I bumped in to before my little quarrel. His dark brown hair covered a little of his face. His scar prominent and his emerald green eyes piercing my very being. He look like he ran a marathon as he held my gaze. Micheal didn't seem fazed as he stood to greet the brunette,"Yo, Eren what's up? Man, you looked like you just seen someone get killed." The brunette named 'Eren' didn't seem to hear Micheal. Principle Knight stepped up to the young man and asked what the problem was. The brunette said nothing keeping his gaze locked with mine. My bruise was not that bad, I thought to myself as my hand reached my face. "Principle Knight, I think this has something to do with Ms. Taniyama." A girl with blonde hair spoke. Principle Knight noticed that the boys gaze seemed to be fixated on me. She was right, although I didn't need her so called 'smart analysis' on this basic analogy. Not even a second later the whole class was staring into my direction. Principle Knight nodded in agreement to the blonde. Annoyed, I decided to stand and walk up to the three males.
Principle Knight brought all three of us out of the class to the middle of the hallway. Before closing the class room door he instructed the students to read the journal entry and write an essay about it. As we walked out Micheal spoke to Eren "Dude, you okay?" Eren looked down and said "Alpha, I really just fucked up and now the king will have my head." Micheal looked over to me and asked what happened. I told him that I accidentally bumped into him and said sorry but he just replied bluntly. Micheal looked at Eren and said, "Dude you didnt know, she does look different from the last time we've seen her." Micheal said. "That's not it Micheal. I didn't stop Jacob from hurting the princess." Micheal looked at Eren in shock. Then looked towards me. I should apologize, I thought to myself. I felt sorry for him so I spoke up. "Look you didn't know, I should have watched where I was going." Eren looked like he was about to run and hide but he held his ground. "Umm. . . May I ask your last name please?" I spoke trying to lighten up the mood but instead of Eren speaking it was Principle Knight.
"His last name is Jeäger. Eren Jeäger. He is royalty, yes, but your family, Ms. Taniyama, is on the very top of the list. He is the third highest ranking in royalty under the Taniyama and Knight name. His family is the most skilled out of the three families for hunting. As you should know, your family is the most skilled for elegancy and potion making, and Knights are most skilled for fighting. Now that all three heirs are together I need to inform you all." Micheal, Eren and I looked at each other then looked towards Principle Knight. Worry spreading across all of our faces. Principle Knight stepped up to me saying, "I know Jacob hit your face so you need to patch this up before it gets worse. Am I understood?" I just nod not really wanting to speak about it. Seeing my agreement he continues, "Ms. Taniyama I know you are very skilled but you need to learn how to fight and hunt for yourself. Reason being your father plans on sending you to open forest to see if you can handle being Queen. Soon, very soon, you will be tested and if you can survive a whole six months you will be able to finally have the ability to become immortal." Eren and Micheal looked at me in shock. Then Eren walked over to the principles side. "Principle, 'he' is going to be coming for her," Eren whispered to Micheal's uncle. The principle just nodded.
I was shocked as well but I wasn't as fazed. But then my mind brought back a distant memory. This specific thought came to mind so I turned to Micheal, "Is that why you had to go?"
"Kitten. . . " he started.
"Is that why you left?" I asked more worried than before cutting him off in the process. Micheal replied, "Yes, my love, but I was told not to tell any one. I wanted to tell you why I was going away-"
I cut him off again, "-I know and it is very understandable. My question is why did you not come back?"
Micheal didn't say anything looking away in defeat. There was a deafening silence until Principle Knight coughed drawing all attention to him. It was at that moment I realized my aura was leaking, making the floor under us decay at a alarming speed. Principle Knight and Eren backed away. Micheal stood near me making me look upwards into his eyes. I was astonished to see his once brownish-gray eyes turn to a crimson red. I allowed my gaze to fall to his thin lips. So close yet so far. I immediatly stopped myself from kissing him, looking away towards the floor. Micheal stepped closer closing the gap that was keeping us from creating contact. My breath hitched as I couldn't find the words to say to make him stop. Not wanting allow him to get closer I focus my energy into changing my aura.
