Haunted

I wake up in my car. I try to open the door but can't because of the way the tree dented it. I unbuckle and crawl through the back and open the door. I look down to see I have blood everywhere. I look for my phone but can't find it. I go to step out and I fall to the ground and yell in pain. Because of my foot. I crawl to the thickest stick I can find and put it against my ankle and crawl to the car to grab the rope thats in there. I grab the rope and sit on the ground tying the stick against my ankle to straighten it out. I grab the crunches from the back that I had a while back. I stand up using them to help. I go to the road and hobbling to my house.

I hobble my way up to the house and try to get in but the doors locked. I start banging on the door to get in. "I'm coming!" I hear Jer yell. He opens the door and I push past him inside. "Woah. Amelia what happened to you? Elena get down here." I go to the couch and hear Elena rum downstairs. "What is it Jer? Woah Amelia what happened to you?" I glare at her. "I got in a car crash with a tree now if someone ckuld get me ice that would be wonderful." Elena runs to the kitchen when Jer sots on the coffee table. "How did you crash?" "I ran into a tree trying to swerve a car. They didn't stop the just left." I lie. Elena comes back with the ice. "Are you going to be okay?" "Yea yall go to school. Just hand me the house phone." Jer grabs it for me and they leave. I go to call someone but someone starts knocking in the door. I groan and get up to see that it's Damon. "What?" I sneer. "Princess." I slap him. "Im not your princess Damon now why are you here?" "Elena told me that you were in a car crash and I came here to heal you." I stare at him like he's stupid. "I don't want your vampire blood. You really want to help me? Bring me to the hospital." He nods his head and moves so I can go past him. I hobble to his and get in. He gets in after me and starts off to the hospital. "So hows Vicki the vampire? And Stefan the tattle tail?" He looks confused at Stefans nickname. "Oh Stefan told Elena about me cutting." He nods his head then looks confused. "How did he find out?" I turn my head away in shame. "Amelia please tell me you didn't cut." I keep looking out the window until he pulls up to the hospital. I open the door and slam it. I hobble inside and sign in.

I walk out of the hospital in my new blue cast around my broken ankle. I look around to see that Damon left. I groan and hobble all the way back to my house. I finally get home and its dark. I go inside to walk in on Jer telling Elena that something is for the best. "Whats for the best?" "For me and Vicki to be together." I nod my head. "Yea Jer if you like her go for it. Elena and I can't say anything different because we would be hypocrites. Oh and I broke my ankle. I walk with Jer when he gets a text. "Hey who is it?" "Vicki." We both see that ahe wants to meet at the school. "I'll help keel Elena away." We both head upstairs.

We get to the dance and Jer jumps infront of the little kids scaring the. We walk up to Matt. "So you went with last years costume?" He ask Elena. "Yea I didn't know I was coming until like an hour ago." "Same. And your going as a?" He ask me. I glare at him. "A slutty vampire." He looks at Jer. "And your going as you?" Jer walks away and I follow him.

Elena and Stefan find me. I run off and find Jer. I find Jer and say. "Come one Jer we have to go." I grab his hand and we run to go inside but Vicki grabs me and starts drinking from me. I scream at her to get off of me but she stays there drinking until Stefan stakes her and she lets go. Elena stands with Jer watching as she goes grey with black veins popping out. Stefan removes the stick and tosses it on the ground. Jer screams. "Vicki." I stand there holding my neck. Vicki falls to the ground and Stefan stops Jer from running to Vicki. I look to Stefan and say. "Get them out of here." Stefan grabs Elena and Jer and calls someone. I sit on the ground. I sit there watching the body when Damon walks up. "You should go princess." I look up at him. "I got this." I struggle to get up and tell Damon. "This is your fault. You did this." "Princess you confuse me with someone who cares thats not you." I try to push him away from me. "None of this matters to me." I slap him across the face. "You need to leave. Your wounds are bleeding. You need to leave." I walm away looking back at him. I start hobbling home since they left. "Amelia!" I turn around to see Matt coming to me. "Woah wjat happened?" "Nothing Matt. Just what do you need?" He looks at it again but says. "Have you seen Vicki? She totally just bailed on me." My heart stops but I lie and say "I haven't seen her Matt but if I do I will tell you." I go to leave but he stops me. "Is this what im in for. A lifetime of worrying about her?" I sincerely say, "We may not be friends Matt, but your a good brother. Never forget that." He nods his head. "Yeah. You know what maybe she went home." I nod my head and walk away. "Wait. Matt?" He turns around to. "Yea?" "Could you drive me home?" He nods his head and we go to his car.

We pull up to my house. "Thank you Matt." He nods his head. "Yeah. Your welcome." I get out and hobble up the stairs to see Damon, Stefan and Elena talking. "Where is he?" I ask them. Stefan hesitates but says, "inside." I go upstairs to see he's not crying. "Hey Jer you okay?" "Yea i'm good. Why do you ask?" I look at him confused. "About what happened tonight." He looks confused. "Nevermind Jer." I storm downstairs. "What did you do to him?" I demand. They all look at each other then they loom at Damon while he looks at me. "What the fuck did you do?" I glare at Damon. "Elena wanted me to compel him. Say that Vicki left town and she's not coming back." I push Damon then glare at Elena. "Oh Elena wanted. How about wjat he needs to fucking know. Im the oldest I make these decisions. I'm telling him about the vampires." I turn around and Stefan grabs me from going inside. "What the hell are you doing Stefan?" I ask angrily. "Do it Damon." Elena says. Damon walks over to me and Stefan and looks in my eyes. "No. No. Damon don't you fucking dare. I swear to god Damon if you do this I will never forgive you." I have tears running down my face. "Tell her exactly what I said." Damon nods his head. He grabs my face and looks into my eyes. "You will not be able to tell Jeremy about the vampires. Or about Vicki. You will remember everything that has happened tonight and everything that i've told you but you can't tell him." He lets go just as Stefan has. I glare at Damon and say. "I will find a way to tell him And so help me when I do. I will fucking kill you. I will do everything to break this compulsion even if I have to kill you. I will drive a stake right through your heart and I wont feel bad about it." I slap him and storm upstairs. I grab my journal that my mom got me and wrote everything that has happend since i've met the Salavtores till today. I finishing writing and lay down and start crying. I end up crying myself to sleep.
