Chapter 5

It was now early in the morning when I recived a text from Cam 'Get ready sis.. MAGCON IS TODAY!!! So hurry meet us in the lobby in one hour!' I quickly answered with an ' I'm so excited! I'm going to get ready see you and the boys in a bit' I then turned off my phone.

I grabbed my clothes and went to the bathroom to get a shower, once I was finished I let my hair dry naturaly and put on a skater skirt and a crop top and as always my vans. I still had 15 minutes so I grabed my phone and tweeted 'Magcon is today can't wait to meet you all! See you in a bit!' I then went on instagram, vine and all that stuff. I looked at the time and i had five minutes so I decided to leave my room now.

All the boys were allready waiting for me so when I arrived we went to get breakfast. When we finished Cam recieved a text saying that the VIP m&g was starting in 10 min. We went to the room were the meet was going to be. It was a huge room and it was separated in different zones. We were going to be in groups of two so it was Nash and Cam, Jack and Jack, Taylor and Carter, Matt and Aaron and then me and Shawn.

When a security told us they were letting the fans in we went to our zones. After five minutes there were so many fans here and this wasn't even half of it!

During the meet and greet we took pictures, talked to all the fans and followed some of them on twitter. We went through all of the girls and now we had a 30 minute break before going on stage.

We were going through what we were going to do on stage when Shawn turned to me "I think we should do a duet! What do you think?" I shaked my head no "Why not Shopie? You are such an amazing singer!" I continued shaking my head "Hey guys help me out!" Shawn said. "C'mon sis you should try it!" Cam said "I don't know...I've never sang in front of so many people.." I said "There's always a first time for everything! And if you get scared just remember we are all by your side!" Shawn said " hmm ok... I'll do it... But what song?" "What about the one that you sang on the beach?" Taylor sugested, I nodded my head and looked at Shawn he nodded his head in approval. So I guess I will be singing in public for the first time tonight... i'm soooo nervous!

It was now the time to go on stage, we were called one by one and the screams were getting louder and louder! There were so many people here!

We were mostly goffing off and making randoom vines, we did dance offs amd the boys did the 'grind on me' and the girls went crazy! Jack and Jack were now going to sing 'Flights' their voices were perfect! When the chorus started we all went crazy and jumped around and sang along, it was really fun. The song ended amd now it was time to answer some questions from the public. There were a lot of questions but there was one that stood out. 'This one is for Sophie. Do you have a crush for one of the boys?' I just froze I coudn't say yes...that would be awkward... I didn't realized that I was in a deep thought until Matt started shaking me. "Are you answering the question?" He asked. "Hmmm.. No...hmmm I don't" Taylor sent me a look that said 'I know you do' I just looked away trying to hide my embarrassment. We answered some more questions and in the end we continued doing whatever we wanted.

"And now it's time for Shawn Mendes to come on stage!" He picked up his guitar and started to play a bit and singing I thought he had forgotten that I was going to sing with him until he stoped and said "sorry but it's just.. Something is missing! Sophie come up here!" I was now really nervous but Cam literally pushed me to the stage! I grabbed a microphone and Shawn started playing and singing again. His voice was pure gold! We were now getting to the chorus when he looked at me saying that this was my part, at first my voice was shaking but it soon stopped when all of the came on stage and sat besides me and Shawn, I was a lot calmer now knowing that I had them by my side. I completely zoned out because I was enjoying singing so much. The song came to a end and the crowd was quiet.. I thought that I had messed up until a huge wave of claps and screams took over the whole area that we were. It was definitely the best feeling ever! We thanked the people and with that the show was over.

We were now returning to the room to meet the general admission fans. The place was full in a short period of time and all of the girls congratulated me and Shawn and said that we were really good on stage! That was insane!

Me and Shawn were now taking a picture with a girl, after that she got closer to me and whispered in my ear "I know you like him... I saw the look in your eyes! And I think he might like you too! I ship it" I gave her a hug and thanked her and asked her to keep it a secret and she agreed. The rest of the meet and greet went great and soon enough it was over.

We all went back to my bedroom just to talk about today and just rest a bit. It was now 2am and we decided to go to sleep the boys went back to their room each of them giving me a hug and saying goodnight. I put on my pajama shorts and a top and laid on bed. I grabbed my phone and tweeted 'Thank you to all of the people that came here today it was lovely meeting you! It was the best experience ever!' I soon started to get more and more sleepy. And without me realizing I was in a deep and peaceful sleep.
