I woke up and stretched. I forgot I was on top of the bunk bed and rolled of landing on the floor with a loud bang. I groaned and so did Harry. "What was that?" I chuckled. "Oops." He looked over at me and said "Hi." There was a knock on the door and seconds later it opened. "What happened?" My mom asked when she saw me laying on the ground. "He was an idiot and forgot he was on top." I looked up and glared. My mom got up and smiled. "Well, there is breakfast downstairs if you two are hungry." I instantly got up and ran downstairs, hearing my mom laugh behind me.

Harry sat down beside me and started to eat his pancakes. I was already done so I got up and put my plate in the sink. "Mom, can I go for a run?" She looked at me. "You don't really know the place. What if you get lost." I rolled my eyes. "I won't get lost." Harry stood up and placed a hand on my shoulder. "I'll go with him. I need to start running again anyway." My mom looked in between us and smiled. "Okay, but bring your phone." I nodded and ran upstairs to change. So did Harry. I grabbed my sweats and shirt and said "I'll dress in the bathroom." He shook his head. "My dad's in there getting ready for work. It's fine just dress quickly in here." We went on opposite sides of the room facing away from each other and changed. I turned around before he was done but quickly turned away. He's so muscular. "Okay, you can turn around now." I awkwardly turned around to face him. He smiled at me. "Don't be awkward towards me biscuit."

"We're going to drive to the spot where I like to run," Harry said opening his car door getting in. I hurried in so I didn't keep him waiting. We started to drive, but he kept the radio off. Whenever I get awkward or nervous I pick at my fingers, and Harry noticed that. "What are you doing?" I stopped and looked at him. "Nothing." He laughed. "You're doing something. Why are you doing that?" I looked down at my hands. "Well it's quiet and I feel awkward." "You can turn on my radio." I started to reach for it until he started talking again. "Or we could talk?" I looked over at him. "Yeah right," I said in a joking matter and turned on the radio.

We got done with the trail and sat down in the grass on our phones. I texted my mom that I was okay and I would be home soon. "Harry?" He looked up. "Yeah?" "Why when we first met you were cold and rude, but now you're surprisingly okay?" He shrugged. "I didn't want my dad to move on. I thought if I was a jerk to you it would change things, but your mom is wonderful. So are you." I started to blush. "Thanks, so are you." Why am I blushing? This is my step brother for crying out loud. "Maybe we should get home," I said standing up fast.
