The Princess

Chapter 1- Gwaine

Arthur, Merlin and I just finished hunting. We were going to a tavern. I was feeding the horses first. I saw a man walk in. I followed. He was threatening the Bartender Lady. Arthur got up and went to the man. I watched as the man went to attack Arthur, but Arthur dodged it. The man fell and landed against the wall. He looked at Arthur and told him "I'm gonna make you pay for that." Merlin let out a chuckle and mumbled "I'd like to see you try." The man looked at him. I hit my head. The man whistled and a group of guys appeared behind me. I went to walk away, but one grabbed me. I whined "Brother!" Arthur spoke "You had to open your big mouth, didn't you, Merlin?" A man walked up and spoke "You 3 have got yourselves in a bit of a pickle, haven't you?" He stood between Arthur and the man that Arthur pushed earlier. Arthur told him "You should get out while you can." The man told him "You're probably right." He took a swig and handed his cup to the bad guy. The big guy looked at the man like he was stupid. The man punched him square in the nose. Everyone started to fight. I headbutt the man who held me. He went flying. The guy came to me and spoke "The names Gwaine, you?" I told him "Lets finish up, then I'll tell you my name." He smirked and told me "Hard to get, I like it." I rolled my eyes. We fought some more until I saw the original guy hold a dagger to Arthur. I ran over and put my dagger against his back. I spoke "Leave my brother alone." The man went to attack me, but Gwaine tackled him. He stood up and I saw the dagger in his leg. He passed out, hitting his head. I ran to him and put my hands on his face. I looked at Arthur and told him "We must get him to Gaius." Arthur told me "Take him. We'll be behind you." I nodded.

---Back in Camelot

Merlin and Arthur got Gwaine on the bed in Gaius' place. Gaius get Merlin to get stuff. Arthur told me "Go see father. Tell him we are back." I nodded and went out to the castle. I wasn't focused. I ran into someone. I spoke "Oh, I'm sorry." I stood up and saw father. He asked "My dear daughter, where is your head?" I told him "Father, A man saved me. We brought him here. He's hurt. "A man saved my darling little girl? I must meet him." "He's getting help first, father." He put his hands on my face. He told me "Your so kind, my child." I smiled. He walked away.

I decided to write a story for Gwaine. He doesn't have a lot out there and I love him. I only just met him a few days ago, but he's my favorite character. So, yeah. Hope ya'll enjoy. Please leave comments, I won't bite. Tell me if it's bad, good, meh or eh. Your opinions matter.
