It was the next morning. I was in my long, baby blue day dress. I wondered into Gaius' chambers and asked "Is he awake?" Merle replied back "Yes, but..." I cut him off by walking into the room. Gwaine sat there, shirtless. I covered my eyes. He spoke "Of, come on. Don't be so shy. It's just my chest." I moved my hand and asked "How are you?" "Just fine. Now, since I saved your life, I deserve a name." "Rebecca Pendragon. As in Princess Rebecca Pendragon." "Ah, A princess. That explains it." I placed my hands upon my hips. I asked "Come again?" "No girl can fight life you and not be trained." "Do we have a problem?" "Oh, no. Not you and I, It's just... I'm not a big fan of nobles." "Hm... So we do have a problem." "Princess... Your something else." "Your such a charmer." "Sure am." "Well, my father would like to meet you." "No, no, no. I've met a few kings before. Trust me, once you've met one, you've met them all." "My father is different." "I bet he is." I groaned. He told me "Sorry, Princess. I'm just not all up for nobles." He threw the covers off and then threw his legs over the edge. I went to him and asked "How is your leg?" "Fine. Only hurts a little." He slid his books on." I told him "Father would probably give you something for saving me." "I don't want anything, Princess. Your safety is enough." We heard bells. He got up and went to the window. He opened it and looked out. I got next to him. He leaned out the window. I looked at him. I felt something inside me just kind of... smile. He looked at me. His chocolate eyes mixed with my Chrystal blue ones. The way the sun shined on him was just... beautiful. I let a small smile fall upon my lips. He asked "How is it that your royal, yet you stay to see if I'm alright?" "I have a heart." I turned and walked to the door. I stopped in my tracks and looked at him. I told him "If you need anything, send Merlin to find me." I turned and grabbed the door handle, but I heard him say "Will do, Princess." I smiled and walked out. I saw Merlin sitting there smiling. He told me "You where in there a while." "Don't you have some chores of my brothers?" "I do. But, I wanted to see how long it took you to leave. You like him, don't you?" "Merlin, I only just met him yesterday. Shut up before I have Arthur give you more stuff to do. And I can make your life a nightmare as well." "Oh, the princess can be mean?"I smacked his shoulder. I told him "Go, before I tell Arthur your slacking. Better yet, in the Tavern." "Please, not you to." "I will. Because I know the truth, Merlin. The Tavern is your best friend." We both walked out.
