Avis POV

Mitch was acting very very strange today. He was staring at me.. a lot. When I was opening the laptop and when I was explaining how to use it, I could tell he wasn't listening. I wonder if he likes me.... No, he couldn't. We just met a day ago. He couldn't start to like me THAT quickly.
"GROUP MEETING!!!!!" Scott practically screamed from downstairs. We haven't had a group meeting in about a month so it must be important. I got up with my piece of pizza in my hand to go downstairs to see what Scott wanted, Kevin appearing out of his room to go downstairs as well. I finished my pizza by the time I got downstairs. Mitch peeked his head out his door and asked me. "What's a group meeting?" Shit, I just realized that pretty much all of our meetings were about Pentatonix. "Its where we all talk about Pentatonix like tour and new albums and music." I could tell he was staring at me again. "S-sorry what?" He said. He didn't even pay attention because he was staring at me. "Our group meetings are where we all come together and talk about tour and new albums for Pentatonix." I tell him. "O-oh, so should I just stay in here?" He said, with a hint of sadness in his voice. "Sorry but yes." I tell him. He nods sadly and closes his door. "AVI!!" Scott shouts. "IM HERE, IM HERE." I shout back to him. I walk into the living room and sit next to Kevin on the couch, with Kirstie sitting on the floor and Scott standing up talking, as usual. "So I just got a call from Esther saying that tour starts next month." SHIT! tour. I completely forgot. "And I had an idea that I had already talked to Esther about." Scott says, cautiously. I don't like where this is going. "That maybe... Mitch could.. maybe...like... join Pentatonix?" He finishes. I just stared at him, as he avoids eye contact with all of us. "I don't know Scott, we just met him a day ago, we haven't even heard him sing." Kevin says to him and Kirstie nods. "Oh we heard him sing alright." Scott looks up and at me. I look at Kevin and nod. "And he's AMAZING. A perfect tenor for the group. And also remember how we we were looking for a tenor? Well just come to the studio, we have audio of him singing." I say to him, getting up. "Wait, you heard him sing?" Kirstie says, standing up. "Yeah, when we asked him if he liked music, he said that he could sing and we told him we had a recording studio and he completely lit up." I tell her, remembering every detail of it. "Well lets go listen then." Kirstie says, walking to the studio. I follow her and Kevin follows me into the studio. I hand them each headphones while Scott walks in and locks the door. He put on a pair of headphones and I put on mine. Lets just hope they like it...

~After listening to Mitch singing Halo~

Kirstie's mouth was practically on the floor as she wiped a tear away. Kevin put the headphones down and leaned back in his seat. "Wow" They both say at the same time. They look at each other before getting up and leaving the recording studio. "We will be back." Kirstie says before closing the door. I take my headphones off and put them on the table. "Well, I think they like him.. I hope they do." Scott says, taking his headphones off and putting them on the table. "I do to, and I think having Mitch as a new member would be amazing." I say. I just thought over the whole situation... We have been searching for a tenor for around a year but then as soon as we hear Mitch sing once, we all consider having him join. We didn't even have him sing anything else unlike we do with other potential people. I just don't know. Kirstie and Kevin walked back in the room with huge smiles on their faces. They looked at each other before saying. "I think he's the one." I smile from ear to ear. I look over at Scott and he was also smiling. "Should I go ask him?" I ask Scott. He nods and the three of them huddle up to talk I guess. I walked out of the recording studio and up to Mitch's door. I knocked and heard shuffling on the other side. He opened the door a crack and looked at who it was before opening it fully... He usually never opens his door completely. "Hey, Mitch I have a question to ask you." I say calmly. He nods and I say the million dollar question.

"Would you like to join Pentatonix?"
