"Janet I'm being serious." I said letting out a laugh.

"Mhm sure"she said laughing along.

"Oop here comes your boyfriend." She said referring to my best friend Mar.

"You out of all people know that he isn't my boyfriend. We're only friends." I told her.

He came and sat next to me.

"Hey y'all." He said leaning across the lunch table to hug Janet.

He gave me a kiss on the cheek and i smiled.

"Hi Mar." We said in unison.

"I'm boreddddddd!" I said leaning to take some of Janet's donut.

She broke a piece off and handed it to me

I smiled and thanked her.

I pulled out a bag of chips and handed her some.

"You want some?" I asked mar with a mouth full.

He nodded and stuck his hand in the bag.

He took his hand out and left me with four chips in the bag.

I glared at him and saw him munching on all the chips.

I shook my head and threw the bag in the garbage.

"So I'm throwing a party. I want yall to go." Janet said pointing to us.

I nodded so did Mar.

"Hey hey hey." Vontae said coming to our table.

He sat next to Jan.

She glared at him and rolled her eyes

"Hi Janet." He said staring at her. He's been crushing on her for the longest.

"Can I have my face back? And hi." She said throwing her lunch container at him

He dodged it.

"I'm sorry Janet." He said lowly.

She looked like she felt bad.

"It's ok." She said going to get her stuff.

Vontae and Mar began holding a conversation, while Janet left with her boyfriend Bryson 😑😑😒.

I don't like that kid.

I was the only girl at this table and all the boys were getting rowdy.

I got on my phone and just did my thing
