This Is Why We Are Friends

Brett's p.o.v

I listened from the computer as Aleks talked into the camera for the ending of their video. I watched. Aleks messed up. He laughed it off though and kept going then it ended. He let out a breath and got a soda. "What you planning on doing after work," he looked at me after cracking open his soda walking over he answered. "Nothing much, gotta go grocery shopping for food. I've been putting it off, but Mishka needs dog food," I smiled. "Can I stop by you're house and I go with you? I don't wanna be bored at home," he shrugged. "It's fine with me dude," he sat down in his chair and twirled around. I let out a breath and got up. I went to my office. The China town stuff still planted all around my office. I shook my head with a slight laugh.

"Hey Aleks! We need to get a move on with this video!" James shouted. I walked out. I liked to watch them. It was funny. Aleks got up with a smile, "coming!" I grabbed a chair as Jakob and Asher edited a video. Anna and her boyfriend had a movie to go to today. So I sat there alone watching. Trevor and Joe started up the cameras. It was an Amazon Prime Time. I chuckled as Aleks screwed up the name again. "Why the fuck do you always do that?" James looked at Aleks. He looked at him, "cause it's just what I do." James laughed his famous one. The weird chuckle. I smiled. Aleks handed James a box more like threw it on him. "Here," James gave him a glare. But a friendly one.

"What the hell did you get me this time Aleksandr," Aleks smiled and gave himself a double chin. "Guess you will have to find out," James opened the box with scissors and tore out a package. He opened that, he immediately stopped. "What the hell?" He tore out what seemed to be a drone. "What the fuck is it with you and drones dude?!" James hollered making me stifle a laugh. "Nothin' I figured you could use another since you destroyed the others," Aleks grinned widely.

"You are such a jackass," James growled. Aleks shrugged, "I try my best for you." Joe shook his head with a big smile.

James' p.o.v

"Alright, my turn. You are gonna like it. I promise." Aleks gave me a disbelieving look. "Right, so this isn't some stupid bullshit you got off the top five things from amazon or the recommended pile." I slapped my knee and laughed after taking a sip from my water bottle.

"I can't tell you that," Aleks sighed and opened it. He opened it with precaution. He looked at me then back to it.

"Backstory?" I smirked. "I've been wanting to give it to you for a while but I kept forgetting till I saw it. Aleks pulled it out and it was a tunnel. One you are suppose to crawl through. Aleks smirked and opened it. He ran into the clearest spot he could find. I followed along with Trevor and Joe. Brett scooted back as he watched. "Do you need some help there?" Brett chuckled I laughed with him as I stood by him arms crossed. Aleks was struggling to get the strings tied around the tunnel off. Then it looked open. Purple, orange, blue, pink, red and yellow colors popped out completely. Aleks smiled and pulled up his pants more. Then started to crawl through. "I hope he gets stuck," Joe laughed. We all started laughing. Jakob and Asher joining in now. Jakob got on his hands and knees then started to crawl through also.

"We both bought one." I whispered to the camera. "Dude, this is so fun. The only downfall is the hard floor!" I shrugged. "Nah shit," Aleks laughed.

"Alright end it," Brett smirked. Joe and Trevor ended it. Aleks plopped down in the tunnel. "I'm wore out now!" He grumbled. I laughed. I pointed to the other side. Brett stood and grabbed it. I grabbed the other end and started to drag Aleks out the garage door. "Hey stope! You dickheads!" He shouted I caught the hint of laughter in his voice though. "Leave him," Brett put his end down so did I and we walked back in. Away from the California heat. Lock the doors. Brett hurried and locked a door. And I shut the garage door. "Dude! Come on it's hot outside!" Aleks whined at the door like a dog.

"You will be just fine," I called. "Don't worry buddy, when you pass out you will be back in here in no time." Brett shouted as he got a Gatorade from the fridge. "You jackasses," I mumbled voice came from outside. Everyone was laughing. I opened the garage door. Aleks came back in. With his kid tunnel.

Asher's p.o.v

"Felt nice out there didn't it?" I snickered. He glared, "absolutely awesome, I was sweating like a damn dog!" He smiled. Loosing his composure. "Thought so," Jakob shrugged. "I got cake!" Trevor shouted opening the fridge and bringing out a cake. "Oh, it looks good!" Joe smiled. "It's ice cream cake," Trevor smiled. "Then why is it in the fridge?" James asked. Trevor glared at him, "because I put it in there a couple of minutes ago so it would be easier to eat!" Brett rolled his eyes. "Riiiight," I smirked. "I'm not kidding!" He glared.

"This is why we are friends," Aleks laughed. "I don't know if I can like you at all anymore," Trevor huffed. "Oh stop fussing and cut that cake. I'm sweating to death over here! I swear if I want to get out of the heat I'm gonna have to stand in Antarctica completely naked. And skinny dip in the ice water," Jakob mumbled.

"Same!" Aleks inquired. "Me three, now hurry up," Trevor laughed. He took it out and started cutting it. "Now this is what friends are really for," Brett nudged Aleks who chuckled as Trevor almost slipped.
