Yasmin age: 22
Laurent age: 24

Lau: "Good luck?"

Yasmin: "nothing...just nothing."

Lau: "okay well lets go."

As they walked to the car Yasmin was annoyed. Yes, Mel was her best friend but she didn't have to act like that. She didn't know why , but she felt embarrassed. She regretted going to the lunch with them.

Lau opened the door for her as she got in.

Yasmin: "you don't have to do that...it's your birthday baby...please!"

Lau looked at her and smiled.

Lau: "just because it's my birthday doesn't mean I'm not going to treat you like the princess you are every day."

He shut the door walking to his side. Yasmin thought to herself as she waited.

Yasmin: "Ugh this man is gonna be the death of me"

As he opened his door he got in checking his phone again. He opened Instagram starting to record a video.

Lau: "Is my birthday!! *huge awkward smile in the screen*

Lau: "thankyou for all the love and support!!" *points camera at yasmin*

Yasmin: "happy birthday Lau..."

She made a heart with her hands smiling until the video ended. He posted it, kissing her cheek as he put his phone down.

Lau:"ready?"

Yasmin: "yesss. After that lunch ugh I can not wait to go home. "

Lau looked at her concerned.

Lau: "Yeah I know. I'm sorry Yaz. They just don't understand that a relationship is more than just sex."

He looked out the rearview mirror backing up out the parking spot.

Yasmin: "ugh yeah..." *looks out window*

Lau: "are you okay? *looks over at her* I don't want you to feel some type of way about me, just because of the way they were acting..."

Yasmin: "Oh I don't!! I'm just thinking about something."

She was thinking about what would happen when she tells Lau that she's ready. She was scared he would turn into his brother. She liked Lau this way, but she knew he wouldn't last that long without sex. He would eventually either leave or cheat.

Lau: "...about what?"

Yasmin took a deep breath.

Yasmin: "I was thinking about the things you said..."

Lau: "mhm?"

Yasmin: "..."

She got nervous she didn't know how to say it. She ran through everything in her head again over and over.

Yasmin: "I love you Lau... and I feel like I can trust you, and I know for a fact you'll treat me right..."

Lau looked at her with a concerned look again
