I'm honestly so mad at Grayson, he is giving me mixed signals. I guess, I have to tell Ethan now, and, well.. we have to break up. As we got to the hospital I ran inside and rushed to Ethan's hospital room, I was outside of the room about to walk in, I was so happy to see him, I opened the door and saw an Asian family, " oh, sorry wrong room " I said, I walked out with embarrassment, Grayson started laughing and wasn't paying attention and ran into a lady and she ended up getting mad and smacked him, I started laughing and walked into Ethan's room. " babe " Ethan said weakly, " Eth " I said walking over to him, I saw him smile and I was so happy to see his smile, he gave me a kiss and hugged me," are you okay? what happened? " I asked, " I'm fine, I had surgery, and I have to use crutches " he said, he looked over at Grayson, and smiled, " E-Tee-Wee-Tee " he said, I started laughing, I walked over to Shelby and Maya and hugged them, Maya told me what happened, " hey, I'm okay, I'm fine, just hungry, we're getting pizza after this " Ethan said " you betcha " Grayson said smirking.

Ethan's POV

I looked over at Alina and she was looking at Grayson, she looked upset and angry, did he do something wrong? Maybe nothing happened, maybe she was mad a derrick, you never know... I looked over to the door and saw the doctor walk in, " hey, so. um, we have to put Ethan to sleep, we are um, gonna give him some pills " DR. Sherman said weirdly, everyone looked at me than looked at each other, " why dose he have to go to sleep? " Shelby asked, " well um, we just need to okay! We're the doctors! " DR. Sherman yelled, I looked over at Alina and I could tell she was shocked, " okay, chill bro " I said laughing, I waved at everyone and the nurse came over with a small container and some water, " sleep tight babe " Alina, I gave her a kiss on the forehead and held her hand, I put the pill in my mouth and drank the water.

Alina's POV

Ethan shut his eyes and eventually fell asleep, I looked over at Grayson " we need to talk " I mouthed to him, he nodded " can you guys leave? me and Alina need to talk " Grayson said, Maya and Shelby looked at each other, " is about th- " Shelby said I "shut up! " I yelled interrupting her, they both walked and walked away, I looked at Grayson and he could tell I was upset with him, he walked up to me and held out for my hand, " Alina, you need to break up with Ethan " he said calmly " well no shit Sherlock " I thought to myself, I looked down " yeah.. it seems that way "I said, Grayson put his hand on my chin and lifted up my face, I looked at him, I turned away, " What is wrong with you! Your kissing your brothers girlfriend, cant you just accept the fact that I'm happy with him and not you! Your a bad brother for doing that, and honestly I, I, I. I HATE YOU!! " I yelled, I slapped him, I was so mad, he's only making things worse! " GET OUT! " I yelled, he was probably shocked, he left and I started to cry, I sat down next to Ethan and looked at him, "I'm so sorry babe " I said to him. I put my head in my hands and felt something touch my thigh, " Ethan? " I asked " its okay, don't worry, I love you, and if you wanna break up with me, I'm fine with that. I just want you happy, I love you Alina " Ethan sad, I tried not to cry, but... I did, Ethan wiped my tear and started to rub my arm, " its okay " Ethan said, I loved him so much, it was so hard to let go. " but, Ethan " I said quivering, he signaled me to give him a hug and I did, he gave me one last kiss, and I left the room wiping my tears. This, was all my fault...
