Normal POV

Dr. Oliver pulls the jeep into the parking spot in front of the Cyberspace Café. Tracy unbuckles, hops out, and spots the gang walking up.

"Hey, guys!" she calls.

"You heard about this place from Hayley, right?" Ethan asks.

"Yup," Tracy answers proudly.

They head inside. Tracy slowly spins in a full circle, taking in the bright lights, the speakers, the stage, and all the colorful décor she didn't expect from a "café." The café is bustling with activity. Patrons are seated at tables, sipping drinks and chatting, while others gather around the counter to place their orders. The walls are adorned with vibrant posters and neon signs, adding to the lively atmosphere. A stage at the far end of the café is set up with musical equipment, ready for performances.

"Well, what do you think?" Hayley asks as she walks over.

"It's nice," Tracy says, eyes still taking everything in.

"Kira, you have to tell her," Conner says.

"Kira doesn't have to do anything," Tracy warns.

"Hayley, she has to hear Tracy sing. She's amazing," Kira announces anyway.

"Kira!" Tracy groans. "Would you stop making a big deal about it? I only sing in the church choir."

"And now you'll sing here!" Kira beams.

Tracy sighs in defeat. "...I guess I could sing one song. Just for fun."

"Great. What are you thinking of singing?" Hayley asks.

"It's a surprise," Tracy says mischievously, "BUT the music is on my iPod."

"No problem," Hayley says. "I can hook it up to the speakers."

Tracy hands over the iPod. They scroll together until Tracy picks a song and takes a breath before walking up onto the stage.

"Knock 'em dead," Kira mouths.

Tracy rolls her eyes but smiles. The first notes of "Good Girl" fill the café, and she starts singing—nervous at first, but confident by the chorus. When she finishes, applause booms through the room. Ethan even whistles.

"Kira was right," Ethan says.

"Yeah—Tracy, that was awesome!" Conner adds.

"Imagine how it'd sound if the two of them sang together," Trent says.

"I'm picturing a poster already," Ethan jokes. "One night only! Kira Ford and Tracy Burlew!"

Tracy whistles loudly, immediately silencing them.

"Guys, I appreciate it, but you're talking like I already agreed."

Kira puts a hand on her shoulder. "Okay, deal time. One rehearsal. If you don't wanna do a show afterward, we drop it."

"...that's actually fair," Tracy says.

"Cool. I'll tell the band!"

"Wait—you have a band?" Tracy blurts.

"Yep! And we can cover some of the songs you like."

"Okay, then I'll give you a list tomorrow at school."

The group heads out. Tracy stays with Hayley and Dr. Oliver a moment before the scene shifts.

At Mesogog's fortress, the villain's voice echoes through the chamber.

"Have you fools found my gem yet?"

Elsa bows. "Yes, my lord. Unfortunately... a teenage girl found it."

Mesogog snarls. "Teenagers."

"I have completed the zord you requested," Zeltrax reports.

"Excellent. Dr. Oliver has surely taught the girl to morph by now. Let's make her feel welcome."

"Yes, my lord."

Back in Reefside, Kira, Conner, Ethan, and Trent walk down the sidewalk when the sky suddenly darkens.

"Uh... guys? I have a bad feeling," Ethan says.

A massive shadow sweeps past overhead. The Giganotosaurus Zord stomps into view, roaring as it smashes cars like toys.

"Mesogog built a new toy," Ethan mutters.

"No time for jokes," Conner says, raising his morpher. "You guys ready?"

"Ready!" they echo.

"Dino Thunder—power up!"

"White Ranger Dino Power!" Trent calls.

Elsa appears in a flash of light. "Hello, Rangers."

"What do you want, Elsa?" Conner snaps.

"I'm just doing my job. Tyrannodrones—attack!"

The drones rush them. The Rangers fight, but it's clear they're being overwhelmed.

Ethan taps his morpher. "Dr. O, we could use some backup! Mesogog made a giant zord, and it's wrecking the city!"

"We're on our way," Dr. Oliver replies.

Dr. Oliver shuts off the café lights and turns back to Tracy, who looks pale.

"Tracy, I know you're scared," he tells her gently. "But only you can tame that zord. I know you can do this."

Hayley grabs her laptop. "I'll get back to the lab and run diagnostics."

"Thanks, Hayley."

Dr. Oliver and Tracy hurry outside. Tracy stops dead in her tracks the moment she sees the massive zord towering over buildings.

"Okay—Dr. Oliver... are you SURE I can tame that thing? It's HUGE."

"You can. Your morpher will transmit your thoughts to it."

She lifts her morpher. "Um... Giga-giant-lizard-thing? Please don't eat my face?"

Nothing happens.

"...great," she mumbles.

"Try again," Dr. Oliver encourages.

She tries again. This time, her morpher sparks violently.

Electricity surges up her arm. "AH—!"

"Tracy!" Dr. Oliver catches her shoulder. "You okay?"

"Yeah," she winces, shaking out her hand. "Why isn't it working?!"

Elsa laughs from atop a rooftop.

"Because, Pink Ranger, we programmed it so you could never turn it good."

Tracy's morpher chirps.

"Hayley?"

"I wouldn't give up so fast," Hayley says through the speaker.

"What do you mean?"

"You just need a different wavelength."

Tracy freezes. "...Hayley. No. No. NO, no—"

"Yes, Tracy," Hayley confirms. "You have to sing to break the security programming."

Tracy stands there stunned. "No way! I am NOT singing to a giant dinosaur! That's ridiculous! I don't need a zord THAT badly."

Elsa smirks. "Then the Rangers will simply have to destroy it to save the city."

Tracy's heart drops.
