Normal POV

The Rangers combine the zords and form the Megazord just in time to grapple the rampaging Giganotosaurus. Sparks fly as the two titanic machines collide.

"Tracy, you HAVE to sing," Hayley insists through the communicator. "It's the only wavelength the security coding can't block."

"I can't!" Tracy begs. "Isn't there ANY other way to tame that thing?"

A thunderous impact shakes the street. The Giganotosaurus slams the Thundersaurs down, pinning them.

"Guys?!" Tracy shouts.

Conner grunts through the comm. "We're good—but the zords won't last long!"

Tracy's stomach twists. Her hands shake. Every instinct screams to run away.

But her friends are out there—her new friends.

She exhales shakily. "Well... here goes nothing."

She steps forward, lifts her morpher, and—voice trembling—begins singing the first song that comes to mind.

"The Climb."

At first, her voice wobbles. But as she keeps going, something shifts. The Giganotosaurus stiffens, its roar cracking mid-sound. Its glowing eyes flicker.

"Tracy—it's WORKING!" Conner encourages. "Keep going!"

She sings louder, pushing past the fear, past the city noise, past everything.

Elsa snarls from a rooftop. "She's about to tame the zord! Tyrannodrones—ATTACK!"

The drones sprint toward her.

Dr. Oliver morphs with a snap. "Dino Thunder—Black Ranger!" He leaps between Tracy and the drones, staff spinning. "I've got them! Just KEEP SINGING!"

Tracy squeezes her eyes shut and continues the song. The Giganotosaurus slows... settles... the violent sparks along its armor dim. Its metal plates shift from gray to pink.

A pulse of energy bursts from its body—and the shockwave knocks Tracy backward.

Her vision spins. Her knees buckle.

"Whoa—I... I did it..." she whispers, dizzy.

Suddenly, someone grabs her wrist and yanks her upright.

"Sorry, girly," a cold voice purrs, "but pink was SO last season."

Tracy blinks, trying to focus. "Wh-who—?"

Elsa smirks, leaning close. "Name's Elsa."

"...Mesogog really hired YOU?" Tracy huffs, wobbling. "Yikes."

Elsa's smile twitches. "Careful, little ranger."

"You're the one who LOST the gem in the first place," Tracy mumbles as her vision clears. "Kind of a bad henchman résumé."

Elsa unsheathes her sword with a hiss. "You're not in ANY position to be making jokes. Now—give me the gem."

"That wasn't a joke. That was an opinion," Tracy fires back. "And no. I'm not handing it over."

"Then I'll simply DESTROY you."

She slams Tracy into a wall. The morpher sparks—Tracy demorphs instantly, collapsing to the asphalt. Elsa raises her sword.

Tracy shuts her eyes. I guess this is my first and last battle...

The blade comes down—

"I don't THINK so, Elsa!"

Dr. Oliver blocks the strike with his Brachio Staff. A shockwave ripples between them. With a fierce kick, he sends Elsa staggering back.

"This isn't over, Black Ranger!" Elsa snaps. "She may have tamed the zord—but she'll NEVER control its power!"

She vanishes into an Invisi-Portal.

The street falls quiet except for Tracy's weak breathing.

Dr. Oliver demorphs and drops to his knees beside her. "Tracy? Hey—Tracy, can you hear me?"

Her eyes flutter open. "Dr. Oliver...?"

She pushes herself upright, but her body trembles uncontrollably. Her legs give way. Dr. Oliver catches her before she hits the ground.

"Thanks..." she whispers. Then, voice cracking—"I guess... I'm not a very good ranger."

His expression softens. "Tracy, you were AMAZING."

The others run over in civilian clothes.

"He's right," Conner says.

"Totally," Ethan agrees. "You tamed a twenty-story robot dinosaur with a SONG."

"Okay, leave the jokes to ME next time," Tracy mumbles.

Her eyelids droop. She slumps forward—and Conner barely catches her.

"Tracy!" Kira gasps.

"She's okay," Dr. Oliver says calmly. "Just exhausted. Let's get her to the lab."

Hayley has a cot ready in the corner when the team rushes in. Conner gently lowers Tracy onto it. Hayley and Dr. Oliver pull a blanket over her.

Dr. Oliver carefully removes her glasses and sets them on the desk.

"Hayley," Conner asks, "how did you know singing would work?"

Hayley hesitates.

"I... didn't."

Everyone stares.

"You're joking," Ethan says.

"No. When I examined the schematics, I realized the standard bonding method wasn't working. The shock Tracy felt earlier? It would've kept getting stronger. If she tried telepathy again..." Hayley swallows. "It could've seriously hurt her."

The team goes quiet.

"Then why suggest singing?" Dr. Oliver asks.

Hayley sighs. "It was the only idea I had left."

Silence hangs over them for a moment.

Finally, Dr. Oliver says, "It's late. Everyone, get some rest."

The Rangers head upstairs. When they're gone, Dr. Oliver walks back to the cot, scoops Tracy gently into his arms, and carries her to the guest room.

He lays her on the bed, pulls the blanket up to her shoulders, and places her glasses on the nightstand.

"Sleep well, Tracy," he murmurs.

He closes the door.
