Sorry for the late update I kinda forgot about wattpad and all my books XD MY BAD GUYS antyways this is a chapter i started a while ago, just a heads up, its ass.

Sooooo on this little date, we really didn't do much. It was kinda awkward so we just walked around the mall and tried on stuff we knew we weren't going to buy. Thats when went to amc only to find that the movie didn't start until 6 and we got there at 4. "Wow thanks a lot Colin." I said. "Hold up I could've sworn it said 4." He said pleading himself not guilty. "You know what? Let's go do something else. I mean we've already been around the whole mall let's just go back to your house and watch a Movie there." Kyndall said. I agreed and Colin got an Uber so we all could go back home.

When we got there my mom wasn't home yet so we decided to just chill in the living room, ya know order some pizza and watch Netflix. "Soooo y'all are that new couple how does it feel?" Kyndall asked pointing her camera towards us. "Really Kyndall?" I said hiding my face with my own phone. Devontae tapped my shoulder and gave me some covers I guess he found in my room and i don't know why but it made me feel all happy and I couldn't control my smile. Not that I'm starting to like him it's just that it was cute and he's cute. NO I MEAN
HES...... yeah nevermind he's cute. "Jayden aren't you gonna eat?" He asked sitting down next to me. Not too close but not too far you know? "Oh yeah." I said picking up a piece of pizza. I took one bite and didn't touch it the rest of the movie. No one noticed because of two things, 1 Kyndall and Colin were sucking each other's faces off and 2 the movie was pretty good which was Partially the reason I didn't eat it. But the other part was because I was busy staring at Vontae. Why? Who knows I just found myself looking over in his direction. He was so focused on the movie and it lowkey was attractive. Again no one noticed that I had this obsession with his face until he actually looked over and I got caught but since I was already caught the was no point in acting like I wasn't looking. Oh wait staring. He just smiled and shook his head before turning back to the movie. That would've been a great time to just swoop in and do whatever since ya know my mom isn't home and nobody was looking. But I'm not like that. I don't make first moves and when I do it's just cause I'm bold that day and today I am not bold. This paragraph is getting long so let's jump.

Anyways I'm not bold sooo I didn't do anything and we continued watching the movie. Let me rephrase that, he continued to watch the movie. I was watching a movie myself and it starred a pretty handsome dude. Nope nope nope stop you do not like him, I thought to myself. It was like i was trying to persuade myself but it didn't seem to be working. I pulled Devontaes arm and kissed him on the cheek, trying to be bold and he looked surprised when he looked at me. He whispered something to Kyndall and she nodded and looked over to me and I was a tad bit scared cause it seems like when they're together crazy shit always happens buttttttt I just ignored it and continued watching the movie  which was close to being finished.

My mom texted me that's she'd be home a little late, so I decided we should sleep here. "Kyndall ask your mom to spend the night, my moms coming back late." I told and she nodded but I saw everyone else get their phones out. "Ummmm what are y'all doing?" I asked hellava confused. "Spending the night." Colin said shrugging. "Oh hell-" "Come on Jay." Vontae said sitting up getting all close to my face. "Ummmm why are you doing?" I asked sternly trying to keep a crack from coming out. "Exactly what you think I'm gonna do." He said smirking. I ended up backing up to the side of the chair and closed my eyes bracing myself. After a few seconds I opened my eyes and saw him reaching for the remote. "What are you doing?" He asked half chuckling. "Uhhhhhh I just thought- WELP NEVERMIND." I said slightly too loud. "Mmmhmmmm." He replied smiling before leaning back. In my mind I facepalmed myself so hard i felt it. I noticed that he is very adorable and a tease, it's quite cute. Wait. No wrong word. Quite unique?

After a while I picked up my phone and saw that it was 12:32 and noticed Kendall and Colin were knocked out. I nudged Tae with my elbow and nodded my head towards them. He started smiling and shook his head before grabbing the remote. Turning off the tv, he got up and put his shoes on. "Where ya going?" I asked still sitting on the couch. "Home don't wan-" "You can stay if you want." I blurted out like a damn jackass. "You sure? I don't wan-" "It's fine, you can sleep in the guest room." I said pointing upstairs. "You really want me to stay Don't  you?" He asked sliding back in his spot next to me. I hadn't noticed then but it was closer than his original spot. "So have you changed your mind? Do you still not like me?" He asked staring dead at me. "I meannnnn I never said I didn't like you. I just didn't want to be with you." I explained trying my best not hurt him. "Do you still feel that way?" I had to sit there for a good 4 seconds to think about what I should say. I meannn should I tell him the truth or what I thought the truth was or should I just act nonchalant about the whole thing? "Yes." I said content with my answer. I gotta keep my gaurd up, can't let him break my wall. "Are you sure?" He asked looking down at my lips. "Positive." I said trying to hold back a laugh and turning my head. "Well in that case shall we start cleaning up?" He asked taking the pizza boxes off the table. MY THING IS HE WAS SMILING THE WHOLE TIME! HOW DOES SOMEONE JUST ACCEPT REJECTION THIS MANY TIMES AND STAY BOUNCING BACK?! What if he knowssss? "Soooo what do you want to do the rest of the night?" He asked standing by the stairs and a million thoughts ran through my mind. "Wanna do something fun?" I asked turning to face him on the couch. There was bound to be at least one good thing to happen tonight for both of us.
