If you didn't read the rest in this series, to get you caught up fast Lana was the Warden during the events of Inquisition. She and Cullen struck up a relationship that faltered when she stayed behind in the Fade. Cullen and Alistair rescued her, then she and Cullen got married, built an abbey in the woods to heal templars and others, and had a baby boy.
Alistair fell in love with his elven bodyguard, Reiss. They met when he was being threatened by assassins that turned out to be coming from within the castle. She wanted to have a life that didn't hinder on the crown's blessing and built a detective agency near the alienage. Together they raise their daughter Myra between the agency and castle.
As for the princess and prince, well...that's a lot more complicated, and a bigger reveal later in the story.
