I managed to find something suitable to wear besides some dumb skirt; it was red and covered in white polka dots. Not my best look. The girls were putting on their make-up and i went to the bathroom to curl my hair but now that i think about it, it was time i got a new hair cut because my ends were split and my hair was half way down my back.
I didn't like my looks. My eyes were okay i guess and i looked pretty depressing with the bags under my eyes that would not disappear.
But, i have been managing to do better. Lack of sleep meant no happiness. Yet, living here with my new roommates might change that and i've never had time to fancy myself up for any occasion. These girls, i would be living with until graduation would dolly me up til i dropped.

Coming out of the bathroom i was met with gasps from the girls. They walked to me squealing. Hazel kept saying , " Oh my God!!!" while Daisy and Victoria talked about my shoes.
" It's gonna be lit tonight! You looking great girl!"Victoria bumped fists with Daisy.
" Look at you Mackenzie! Oh my god!"
" Guys calm down. You guys look way better than me anyway. I'm just average."
