8/23/17 The night

There I was, feeling guilty and excited not knowing what I would find. Finally I got to the park and walked to the last baseball diamond , Where we plan to me. When I arrived I looked and waited. I thought she had not come but then I walked over to the light pole where I found a note.

      Dear M,
I know you are probably very disappointed because I am not there. I do understand if you are mad that I made you sneak out at night without your parents permission. I have a very good reason for this... You probably won't believe me but I am a vampire I know you must think that I am kidding but I'm not. The reason why I can be seen in mirrors is because my mom is human but my dad is a vampire. He left me when I was two months old and I haven't seen him since. That's why I said 12 o'clock at night because sun burns me. I still am a normal person but I can spell one object to keep me safe from the sun. I hope we continue to talk.

I was completely shocked. A little upset at first but I got over it as I quickly walked suspiciously back to my house snuck back in my window and went back to sleep. As I slept I thought about what I think Misty looks like, sounds like, and even what her name is. Now I want to know even more about the girl in the mirror.
