Diana's POV

Cameron pulled up Nash's house. Beautiful house, great garden too. Looks like a small house from outside but I bet you it's better inside.

We got out of the car and walked to the door. I stopped walking and turned around, starting walking towards the car. What am I doing? I'm not ready to meet these people who have no clue who I am what so ever.

"Diana, c'mon. If you won't do this for yourself, at least do it for me". Cameron grabbed my arm and looked into my eyes. His eyes pleaded: please. Ughh why did he have to do that now. He drew me close, hands resting lightly on my waist. I lay my head against his chest and closed my eyes, listening to his beating heart, breathing in the frosty scent of him.

"Fine." I whispered.

Nash opened the door and we walked in. Told you the house was better in the inside.

"Um, go into the living room, we'll be down in a few." Cameron and I went to the living and sat down.

I looked around and there was a picture of Nash with a little girl. Who was adorable. I smiled for a moment and the smile drifted away. There was another picture with the whole family. I looked at the women in the pink dress. That must be her.

There was silence in the room; I was trying not to talk. I was saving up all my energy for when I meet them.

Nash's POV

I knocked on the door and waited for an answer. I opened the door and my mom was on the computer doing work. As usual

"Hi honey." She smiled showing her pearl white teeth. I sat down on the bed and looked at her.

"Mom, can I talk to you?" she removed her glasses and placed it on the desk. She got up and sat down next to me.

"What's on your mind?" she said.

"Um-- Uh-- There's-." I tried to talk but no words were coming out, I didn't know how to tell her.

"Nash, I don't understand what you're saying talk louder and stop mumbling."

I got up and look at her.

"Mom how "kids" do you have," I said.

"What kind of question is that Nash?"

"Are Skylynn and I the ONLY children you gave birth too?"

"Honey, I still don't understand your point."

I sighed. "Come downstairs with me, please."

We walked downstairs to the living room and the moment we got down Diana was looking at the family pictures of the wall and Cameron was on his phone.

I cleared my throat, which got their attention. Diana's face looked like she was about to throw up. Bags under her. Poor girl.

"Hi Cameron." mom smiled.

"Hello Mrs. Grier." he said.

She looked at Diana. "I don't think we've meet, I'm Nash's mom. And you are?" she shook her hand.

"I'm Dia-" Diana couldn't finish her sentence and she collapsed on the floor. And Cameron was the first  to get to her.

Diana's POV

I opened my eyes and everything was so blurry. Cameron was right beside me with his hands in mines. His head was down. My head was pounding. I felt sore. I groaned.

The last thing I remember was when Nash's mother took my hand. Cameron looked up and there were tears in his eyes. He smiled when he looked at me.

"Wha--" I tried to sit up straight

"Shh, it's okay. Lie down and rest. Nash is talking to your mother."

Mother. I was still not used to it.

Few minutes later, Nash and Mrs. Grier walked. Her eyes were red. I guess she finally heard.

She kneeled down and grabbed my hands.

"Diana... I am so sorry, I did this to you." I cried. I understood how she felt. I've been living with people I grew up with loving. And finding out they're not my real family at all. Not the same blood. "Please forgive me Diana. I was young when I was carrying you in my belly. The doctors and the nurses said you were dead. I never got to feel you in my arms. They wouldn't let me look at me. I was stupid enough to let them take you away. A few months later I found out that my husband, your dad planned this. And that you were still alive somewhere in this world. I was hurt and till this day I haven't forgiven him or myself for letting them do this. I began looking for you, going to every adoption center I could possible get in touch with. I soon starting to give up, I didn't wa--."

I leaned in and just hugged her cause I didn't want to hear anymore. She cared for me, even after she found out that i was "dead." My dad was the reason, why my mother never got to see me. He gave me to the Santiago family. Why? What did I ever do to him? Was I mistake to him?

"It's okay, I'm just glad that you know that I exist and that I'm not dead." tears rolled down my face and I smiled. We both smiled.

"Group hug." Cameron and Nash both yelled and hugged us.

I was really happy to know that she cared about me. She loved me. I could tell in her eyes. I found my parents. I have a famous brother. A cute, sweet and amazing guy. Who will soon be my boyfriend. Not to brag.
