<<Y/N>>
Today was the first day.
My first day at a new school,
With new people,
A new life.We moved to Columbus from Cedar Park.
Texas, yeah
Your probably wondering why I left Texas for Ohio.
Well my mom is a Disaster Recoverist and she often travels, she mostly travels to the North side of the U.S. though.
So we moved to Columbus and she travels a lot so we don't see each other around much but when we do we are like best friends.
I trust her with everything, and gladly she's here for my first few weeks till she has to go to Rode Island.
I wake up, put my light blue skinny jeans on, my light grey crop hoodie, and my brown boots. also with two long gold dog tag necklaces.
I just take my H/C hair and put it in simple curls, then head down stairs.
"Hey honey, I made breakfast!" My mom
says laying the plate where I would sit."Thanks mom." I say sitting down
"You excited for your first day?" She asks
I look and notice that theirs no coffee
"Yeah mom, I am, but, hey where's the coffee?" I ask
"We ran out. Sorry." She says sitting across from me at the table
"Can we stop by the local Starbucks on the way to school?" I ask as I take a bite out of my eggs
"Sure, but we would have to hurry."
"Ok mom."
We soon finish breakfast and then get in the car
*•*Time Skip *•*
We pulled up to the local Starbucks
"How about I just go in so I can just run out when I have them?" I say grabbing my phone, ready to head out the car door
"Ok I'll be here." She says unlocking the car for me to step out
I walk up to the coffee shop and there's a red haired boy at the door
He smiles at me and opens the door, I return the smile and walk in.
He walks up to the counter before me and he orders
"Hey what do you want?" He asks me
"What? No no no I can pay for my own." I say in a friendly tone
"No it's ok." He says
I roll my eyes and give him a smirk
"I'll take a F/D and a Skinny soy vanilla late." I say
He repeats it back to the barista
"And what's the name?" She asks
"Joshua"
Joshua, I like it
After we order I go to the wall and lean their on my phone as he sits down somewhere
