CHAPTER 5:SHE'S GONE

-ROSS'S POV-

"Everybody this is the last song we're playing and we chose this song wisely so we wan't you guise to enjoy and here we go" I sai before we start playing Girls by The 1975.

*AFTER THE MINI CONCERT*

"THANKYOU EVERYBODY"I say through the microphone.

Then we leave the stage after turning off the keyboard and the drums and disconnecting the guitars I go look for Chris but I can't find her.

"Hey Riker do you know were Chris is at"

"Uhm yeah we saw her running upstairs with her head down you might wanna check the rooms Ross"

"Ok thanks man"

When I go upstairs I see the light from Rydels room on and when I enter the room I see Chris sobbing into Rydels chest and I think i'm dreaming until I realize that it's true.

"Chris what's wrong why are you crying?"

"M-my m-mom i-i-is g-gooooooonneeee"she cries the last part but I still can't make up what she said.

"What?"

"Ross can I talk to you outside real quick?"Rydel asks more like commands.

"Uhm yeah sure" After tha we leave the room and leave the door open slightly.

-CHRISTENE'S POV-

*flashback*

"Hey Chris congrats on your new boyfriend"The Kelli Berglund tells me/congradulates me

"Thanks Kelli"

Then my phone starts to ring and I look at the caller Id and it sayss it's my sister.

"Sorry Kelli I need to take this"

"Okay no problem"

Then I go to the corner and press answer.

"Hey Karina?"

"Ch-Chris  I-I M-Mom Sh-she's DEAD!"

"What?"with a not very convincing voice

"She was cooking and I was i-in th-the roo-room an-and I-I start-ed t-o ca-call he-her an-and sh-she didn't answer so I went down-stairs and she was on the ground eyes closed and there was that glass thing that hangs over the stove was all broken over the floor and some was on top of her and I called the ambulance and now we're inside the ambulance truck and we're on our way to the hospital"

"I don't think I can go Karina I only have my skateboard as a mode of transportation and besides I don't know where these hospitals are"

"Well just stay there or go home it's your choice and they're trying everything they can in the truck heer imagine what they're gonna do at the hospital"

"Well by sis thanks for telling me Ilove you and when you get home tell me so I can go"

"Ok no problem i'll call you when they tell us the results"

"Well bye thanks for letting me know"

After that I go walking fast to the bathroom when I bump into Rydel on the way and she asks me what's wrong I tell her the whole story and then she goes to the bathroom to get some paper towels to clean my now tear stained face and we head to her room.

Then as the event that just happened heer ross barges into the room and asks what's wrong and now Rydel and him are talking outside probably about what happened mostly me.
