Chapter 7: The Mid-Term Before Going To Be In 8th Grade
It was few weeks later and we had a mid-term test before going to the 8th grade. I was feeling a little nervous that I'm going to take a mid-term, I was getting ready for school that I was wearing some cute outfits and yet I had a little bit of makeup on and so did my sister Miley.

She looks at me and then I looked back at her. She spoke up before I did.
"Can you believe we're almost 8th graders?" Miley asked
"I know right I hope mom comes back home before we get into high school" I said
"Don't worry I'm pretty sure mom will be here cause she did promise us that she will be back soon" said Miley
"I hope so cause I don't want dad to be with no one else that isn't mom" I said
My father over heard our conversation and he was already dressed up that he had some casual outfits.

He walks in to our room and looks at us then he cleans his throat and spoke up after to break the ice.
"Ahem girls listen I think we need to talk about your mother" said Dad
"What is it daddy is she's alright?" I asks a little nervous
"Yeah dad is mom alright?" Miley asked
"Well yeah she is alright but I don't think she will be back to California till maybe on Christmas" said Dad
"Wait what but why isn't she coming back?" I asked
"Well cause she has a lot of work to do and she can't call in sick" said Dad
"That's bull sh-" I said as my sentence was cut off
"Now darling no bad words" said Dad
"I'm sorry daddy it's just why can she visit us though?" I asked
"Well once you're little bit older and be around like Jackson's age then you will have to get some responsibility" said Dad
"Psssh please dad as if me and Marie will be just like Jackson if he acts immature with no responsibilities" said Miley as she scoff
