Miraculous - Superheroes Emerge

Prologue

In a room, stood two people, two heroes, who were having a conflict, one that turned extremely violent extremely quickly.....

"Gabriel, please don't do this......"

"Sorry Dear, this is the only way".

*Crack*

"That's the end, sorry, Mrs Agreste."

Present Day

Marinettes's point of View.

"Hey alya!" I said.

"yo girl, what's up? Looking good like usual?" She replied.

"Yeah, nothing's going on so far, school starts in 15 minutes"

"Hey, check out my LadyBlog, it's logged almost every fight, battle and conflict ladyBug and Cat Noir have faced! The one with Stoneheart, Mr. Pigeon, The Mime."

She kept showing me the pictures, but I already knew firsthand as I saw it with my own eyes, right in front of me.

My name's Marinette, I'm a regular girl at school, at least, that's how everyone sees me. However, I have another personality I take up when Paris is in danger. I'm the well known Ladybug, partner to Cat Noir, one of the few people chosen to wield a gem called the Miraculous.

In Paris, there is an evil person I fight, his name HawkMoth, he akumatises people, turns them into super-powered villains, it's apparent that he wishes to take mine and Cat Noir's miraculous, but it'll never happen, I will protect it, it is my responsibility and one that I'll take care of very well.

The miraculous I'm holding right now is the earrings of the ladybug, it gives the power of Luck and Creation, I get extremely lucky as Ladybug, I even have a final "finisher" known as Lucky Charm, giving me an item that usually defeats the Akumatised victim.

The miraculous Cat Noir holds onto is the ring of the black cat, it grants the power of Bad Luck and destruction, he seems to be in love with me, I can only hope he stops being so playful. He has a "finisher" called cataclysm, where he destroys anything he touches, but both our superpowers can be used only once, after that, we only have 5 minutes before we turn back into our real selves.

That finishes the introduction so far, I suppose I'll reveal more as we go through the day.

"Girl, is this cool or what?!"

"I know alya, I only wish people could notice your talents as well, you'd make an excellent superhero."

"I only wish Marinette, it's not as if I'll suddenly gain super powers like Ladybug or Cat Noir, I suppose it's a wish, one that won't come true soon."

"Maybe one day Alya, one day, hey! Maybe you can be Ladybug's successor if she decides to quit."

"Girl, you're funny, I suppose it is possible, but it probably won't happen, well, we gotta head to class, let's go!"

We headed to class.

Alya and I sat down on our seats, in came nino, julica, Chloe, Sabrina and...... Adrien, my one crush, one I went crazy over when he and I first met.

"Pss, hey girl, it's Adrien, go say hi."

"Not now Alya, class is just starting, we got to pay attention."

I started to think back to Cat Noir and my Adventures.

I remember the first time I fought an Akumatised person, I suppose it wasn't too difficult, all we needed to do was find a weakness, I was still afraid and scared, I just didn't feel ready or fit to be a superhero, I suppose life has it's ways of making you be something you don't think you can be.

Moving on to Evillustrator,  Nathaniel sure had a crush on me, Cat Noir and I had to set a trap on him, it wasn't originally my idea, it turns out Cat Noir found out that the Victim actually really liked me, but he was mocked by Chloe, to essentially defeat him, we had to stop him from drawing or erasing everything in sight! It was difficult, but we did it.

I suddenly remembered Volpina, she was an Akumatised victim too, her name was Lila and she really had a crush on Adrien, but she was lying that she was a close friend with me, I decided to take things into my own hands and unfortunately caused her to hate me, she tricked Cat Noir and I into thinking she was a superhero, then threatened us with frightening illusions. We defeated her and cleansed Paris once again, but I'm afraid she hasn't forgiven me yet, I'm still keeping a close eye on her, lest she turns back into Volpina.

"Alright Class, do hand in your work next Wednesday, anyone who didn't finish will stay back after class to finish it up".

I was walking down the steps when I bumped into Adrien, literally.

"Woah, steady there Marinette" Adrien said.

"S-sorry Heheh." I squeaked back.

"So, what's going on today? Anything new?"

"Not really, I suppose we do have tons of work though, want to study together?"

"Sure, why not? Your place at 3 P.M.?"

"Of course" I replied, barely to keep my voice from turning into a squeal.

Little did I know, today was going to change everything.
