I loved staring at my left arm. With the black, swooping letters scattered along my skin. I often traced the words absent-mindedly.

Why aren't you asleep?

That's the first thing my lover would say to me. Why aren't you asleep? I wonder what I'd say, if I ever meet him.

The letters were written in a elegant cursive, giving me a hint he would be a calmer guy. Like Lucy's was bolded and all uppercased, like Natsu. Erza's was almost the same as mine, just slightly less loopy and thicker. Jellal.

At first I was scared that we'd have to share, Erza and me, but thankfully we shut down that idea quickly. You could only have one soulmate. Right?

(Poor Jellal, imagine him with two soulmates.... two fiancees!!)

I was happily munching on chocolate when a strange dizziness fell over me. I noticed that everyone started to slowly fall sleep. Except Gramps. "What's going on?" I asked.

"Mystogen is coming." He answered, perched on the bar counter. Mystogen? Here?

The door flung open and a hooded stranger walked in. Mystogen in all his shadowy glory. His masked face hid everything, and yet it seemed like I knew everything about the strange man I had never seen before. He strode in, his staves hanging from his back. I had a strange urge to ran towards him and hug him tightly.

"Mystogen, what brings you here? Another mission finished already?" Gramps smiles at the man.

"The last one was too easy." He responded, not seeing me. Upset, I walked over. "Why aren't you asleep?'' l didn't realize what he said and asked a question.

"What was your last job?"

Both our eyes widened at each others. (Sorta like D.O's)

"So......." He trailed off. "Does this make us soulmates?"

"I guess... uhh.. what exactly do soulmates do?" I ask and Mystogen shrugs. "Gramps?"

Gramps just shrugs. "That's your job to find out. All l have to do is start preparing for more little Natsu and Gray's destroying things."

Sorry! School startin soon and I legit can't focus for the life of me. Someone kill me before school starts please! I hope hell has Wattpad and YouTube.
