Chapter XIII

Today we've planned our date, I want everything to be perfect because I've been waiting for so long. I've been planning my outfit since I woke up, I haven't decided yet but I managed to pick something out.

"Chae-Young-ah!" I heard my name, I went into the living room and saw Jennie, she was trying to reach the bowl of popcorn on the table, which was two inches away from the couch. I chuckled and handed her the bowl.
"Thanks, What's up? What's with that wide smile on your face?" She filled her mouth with popcorn.

"You forgot, Unnie?" She looked at me
"Tonight I'm going out, with Y/N!" I jumped around the room. She pushed the bowl away from her. I sat next to her
"...That could be me.." she whispered. I covered my mouth

I didn't know what to say. Lisa was right, Jennie really likes me...

"Jennie Unnie..." I grabbed her hand
"Do you really like me?" She raised her brows in surprise and sighed
"Yes.." I bit my lip and gave her a hug
"Jennie, I'm Sorry. But I don't see you like that. You are like a sister to me-"
"Don't say that, don't be sorry. I don't really care about you going out with other people or stuff like this. Have fun tonight, Chae-Young. I will be in my room" She interrupted me and left the room.

What was I supposed to say? It is too late now for her to make a move.

Y/N's POV

Tonight's the date with the love of my life, with Chae-Young. I've been hanging out with YoungSoon all day. She helped me decide what to wear. I got a lot of texts from Chae-Young today, one of them reslly surprised me.

My Rosé - Hey Y/N! I found out something really weird! Jennie Unnie likes me. That's why she's been acting so weird.

I replied fast

Jinja?? So Lisa was right? : Y/N

My Rosé - Yeah...but nothing will stop me from going out with you! I have to go and get ready now! Bye Y/N!

Bye, Chae-Young! : Y/N

I looked up from my phone and noticed Eomma starring at me
"Who are you texting, Y/N?" I put my phone away
"Speak, Y/N! You should work! You may be the manager, but I can still ask you to work after finishing you shift!" I sighed
"What? Eomma I have plans for tonight! I have something to do!" She rolled her eyes

"Look, get back to work, there are a lot of people waiting for us and we can't mess around now. If you finish in time, you may leave" I smiled and gave her a hug
"Mom, I'm going on a date! I've met someone" She smiled happily, almost crying.

It's half past eight. soon Chae-Young will be here to pick me up. I'm so nervous! YoungSoon helped me pick a red curvy dress. I don't like it so much, but she threatened my life if I don't wear it.

I was drinking water as I heard somebody knocking on my door. I ran to open it. It's was her. She was stunning.

"Wow..." She said under her breath
"I could say the same you know" She giggled, kissing my cheek
"Are you ready?" She smiled
"Can I have a drink first?" She laughed. She grabbed my hand. A car was waiting for us. A huge ass limo parked in front of my house! Damn this girl is rich!

"This is so expensive! You didn't really need to-"
"I needed to, everything I do is for you!" I blushed at her words.

We arrived at a well knows restaurant around here! She put her mask on and took my hand. We walked in and a hostess greeted us. She walked us to a private table.

"I knew you'll like it, Y/N! No matter how expensive it is. I will pay even the last coin I have for you" I reached for her hand across the table and smiled.

We had dinner. I couldn't get my eyes off her, she's so beautiful. I giggled at my thoughts
"Is something wrong?" I shooked my head
"No. You're so elegant, aren't you?" She laughed "Well...It seems that I can be. I wanna treat my princess as she deserves" My cheeks turned as red as my dress. I can't believe I have someone so perfect sitting in front of me.
