Chapter: Seven

Science ended and we all put our used equipment back and headed out.

"Hey Nagisa, wanna sit with me today?" I heard Kayano ask me from behind while she got her bento box. Honestly I wanna say no but I haven't spent any time with her, she'll think I don't like her anymore.

"Sure Kayano, just let me grab my lunch Kay." She nodded and hummed. I left the science lab to get my lunch from the class and meet Kayano out side.

"You've been really out of it lately Nagisa, is there something wrong?"

"No everything good, what about you?" I lied and quickly changed the subject to her. I honestly wanted to tell her about Karma, but I couldn't.. she doesn't need that trouble and she might not even want tonne my friend if she ever found out.

"Hey Kayano, I'm gunna need to borrow Nagisa for a bit. He probably won't be back for a while so take his stuff in if needed okay." I'd recognise that teasing voice anywhere. Akabane Karma. He said he needed to talk to be but I wouldn't expect it to be now.
Karma started pulling me to the forest- probably so he knew no one would be able to hear our conversation.
Karma decided we had gone far enough when we couldn't see anyone and they couldn't see us.

"Nagisa what I did to you in the forest a few days ago-" I cut him off, knowing what he was going to say but not wanting to hear it.

"I know Karma, it was a joke. You don't have to spell it out to me I already know." He stood there and looked puzzled, like he was confused at what I said.

*karma pov*

Nagisa thinks this is a joke..? He thinks I didn't mean the things I did to him, I mean it was me so who would? But still

"What? No Nagisa, it wasn't a joke."

"Wait, you generally wanted to do that to me?" Nagisa seemed to copy my confused expression I was making earlier. I nodded and began to blush.

Nagisa brought his lips closer to mine, pausing before finally making them connect. I'm glad he took the first move, if it was me it probably wouldn't of been as soft and gentle.

"Nagisa I-I'd like if you'd be m-my b-boyfriend." My blush deepened at my stupid stuttering and the question I ask.

"Y-yes Karma."
