(One month later)
"Thanks for getting your nails done here" I said to the customer as she left out. I yawn as I was extremely tired. I been up all night on the phone with August. Since the trip to Hawaii we've grown super close these last four weeks.
"Girl that's the 50th time you yawn in the last 30 minutes" Celina said while doing a pedicure.
" I know I'm super tired I didn't get enough sleep late night" I said I rest my head in my arms on my desk.
"Mmhm with August" she laughed
I looked at her with a straight face. "Not funny"
My phone buzz letting me know I had a notification. I grabbed my phone to see a text from an unknown number.

I didn't think nothing of it. It couldn't just been the wrong number. At first I thought it was Raymond but because I haven't saw him since that last incident we had in the mall parking lot I just thought it was a wrong number.

I didn't get reply and that was fine with me. I checked the clock and it was 2:52. I leave the shop at 3:00. I gathered my thing. My phone went off again but this time it was August.

I huge smiled creeped on my face after reading that text. But I also was nervous because I didn't know where he was taking me.

Grabbing my keys I made sure I had all my things. "Going home to get some sleep sister girl?" Celina asked
"Yeah but I have a date later" I did a little danced while sticking my tongue out.
"With August bitch !?" She asked loudly. I gave her the look as the customers looked her.
"My bad" she whispered
"It's good but I'm nervous I don't know what to wear " I told her.
"Girl when I get off work imma come slide down on you okay"
"Aight, but I'm about to head outta here, I need nap" I told her.
Saying my goodbyes I hopped my car and heard home. I made a quick stop at Dunkin' Donuts and picked up a box of donuts. Once I made it home I sat down donuts in the kitchen.
"Desire!!!" I yelled out taking my shoes off. No answer.
"Little foot?" I called out normally he wouldn't been at the door barking when I was coming in.
"Little foot?" I called out again. This time I searched around downstairs. After searching both up and down stairs I still couldn't find him. I heard little noises coming from downstairs in the basement. I normally don't go down there. I grabbed one of the shapers knifes from the kitchen and headed down the stairs that lead to the basement. Getting to the last stair I turned of the light and little foot was down here under an crate. I grabbed him as he started licking all over my face.
"Did Desire lock you down here?" I rubbed his fur. I went back upstairs making sure I looked the basement door. I called Desire phone.
"Hello?"
