"Something's here." Scott sniffed the air as stiles filled up the tank of his beloved jeep. "Great" He huffed looking around the almost empty gas station. Scott eyed the car that pulled up on the other side of them. "It's them." He whispered, throwing Stiles a wide-eyed look.
A man in his late thirties stepped out of the car. He stopped short when he saw the two boys. His wife hopped and stood next to him. "I thought you said we'd have a minute befor confronting the pack!" Said man just laughed awkwardly. "Apparently I was wrong." Stiles chuckles paying for his gas via card. "So you mean no harm?" The two newcomers shook their heads no. "Alright." He nodded to Scott. "You're house or mine?" Scott thought for a moment. "Mine." Stiles nodded getting into his jeep. "We can talk more openly there." The two nodded. "Scotts going ahead on that dirt bike, So just follow little ol' Roscoe and me."
*They venture to Scott's house*

*idle conversation*
"Nice place you got here." Scott bounded from downstairs with a grin. "Thank you!" Stiles rolled his eyes fondly at his wolf friend. 'Ha! wolf.. more like puppy.' Stiles thought to himself. "We should move this party to the living room. You guys want anything to drink?" One no, a water for the lady and a mountain dew for Scott.

Scott: "i'm surprised we haven't heard of were!bears before."
Wife *eyeing stiles in confusion* "huh."
husband *side-glares @ wife, looks apologetic at stiles* "we're actually not as common as you might think."
Scott *sends stiles a skeptic look.* "what do you mean?"
Stiles *catches scott's look & shrugs* "Well don't bears hibernate?"
wife nods.
husband : "we aren't as strong all year round like you wolves are." wife: "that's why we travel in pairs and have a couple weapons on at all times. just in case."
Scott: "Oh, that's interesting." *all smiles*
*more idle conversation*
scott: "so were!bears don't need a pack?"
husband: "bears are naturally solitary animals so no, but close friends or family are always welcome to our den." *both glance at stiles who sighs but mouths a thank you when Scott turns his eyes away.* "Although there is one that we've heard of that stays with a pack."
Scott *excitedly* "Really? Can you tell me who it is? I'd like to meet them."
*Stiles flashes his bright blue eyes in warning*
*both wife and husband tense and stand up*
husband: "No, sorry." *both speed walking to the door* "we should get going." *both at the door* have a lot of road to cover before we reach our destination.
wife: thanks for having us! *one apologetic glance at stiles* it was nice meeting you! *door slams*
*Scott stands and look at Stiles in confusion* What was that all about?"
*Stiles shrugs standing* "Who knows?" *both boys head to the kitchen* "at least there harmless.*
*Stiles glances at the time to see it's only seven in the afternoon* "damn, I better head home scotty-boy." *Scott nods, a face-full of chips*
stiles goes home to make dinner for him and his dad like normal*
