Angela's P.O.V (Andrea's mom)

I feel so bad for Andrea because after me and her father made our divorce, everything has been downhill for her. I don't think she has talked to her sister in months. She had to deal with me and my drinking problem. I don't event know how that started. It just kind of happens when you are stressed out.

We are not sure what happened yet because she is still knocked out. The doctor said its good for her to be like that but it's killing everybody that cares about her not to know that she is okay for sure.

When her ex boyfriend Harry that I just recently found out about called yesterday, I told him he should come visit. He hasn't arrived yet but he called again earlier today and said he was on a plane and would be here in a few hours.

I stared at her pale features and the thought that she was dead came racing back. I had been feeling that way a lot lately. But the motion of her stomach moving slowly up and down repeatedly washed the thoughts away.

"Ah. Ms. Marin, there you are." The doctor exclaimed as he approached me.

"Do you have any updates yet?" I asked sounding a little too impatient I think.

"Yes actually, but first there is a young man out in the lobby that wishes to come see your daughter." He tells me. I have had to go tell the nurses that people that were coming to visit were friends or family. I found this out when two of her, vet emotional, friends from school came to see her yesterday.

"Of corse." I replied on my way out the door.

It was Harry like I thought.

"He's family," I quickly told the nurse before taking off again.

"Why did you tell her I was family?" He asked in the elevator clearly out of site of the questioning nurse.

"If I said you were a friend, she would make me and you fill out a bunch of forms.

"Oh." He says. "So how is she doing?"

"She is still not stable but she is okay, no comas or anything but she might have other diseases possibly, that we will find out when she wakes up."

"Oh," he mumbles again.

We walk down the wide hallway and pass many doors but I know exactly which one is her even thought they are all identical.

As we enter there are two extra nurses here with a clipboard on either side of her that were not there prior to my departure all the way downstairs to the lobby which is about as far as I traveled in the past few days.

Harry looks blank faced and pale staring at Andrea.

"Would you like to be alone for a minute?" The doctor asks Harry.

"Yes, please." He immediately answers.

The nurses, doctor, and me all file out into the hallway.

The doc pulls me over to talk while the two nurses compare their notes.

Harry's P.O.V

Standing here next to Andrea again was incredible.

Unsure of what to do now that we were alone I paced around the room. Finally I can to a stop next to her. The next thing I did surprised me.

I kissed her.

After a few seconds of staring in awe she blinked a few times then looked up at me and smiled. Then frowned. I wonder what those meant.

"Where am I?" She asked her eyes wandering around the room.

I was about to answer when there was a knock on the door.

I opened it to find my self face to face with the doctor whose name I found was Rikardo.

"She's awake." Were the first words to stumble out of my mouth.

They all practically trampled me to reach the cot in the middle of the room.

Although I couldn't see or hear her very well I caught her trying to catch a glimpse of me through the space between people.

"So what exactly made you wake up?" Was the words I could hear someone, I don't know who, say.

"Him." She pointed at me.

Everybody gasps...
