I awoke in a panic. I couldn't remember where I was or what happened.

I tried to stand but my legs wouldn't function properly.

"Where the hell am I?" I mumbled.

A quick look around had me gasping. I was in a bedroom that was painted silver with gold and red trimming. I was on a four poster bed with red and gold silk blankets and about fifty pillows.

There was a desk in the room. A black one. And that's when I noticed the picture hanging above it. It looked identical to me. Except, she was in a forest. She had a crown made of flowers and grass around her head. There was a certain sparkle to her. And next to her was a god. He looked so familiar. He was looking at her with so much love and lust, you could tell they were the perfect couple. He was dressed in a white button up shirt that was half unbuttoned. His hair was disheveled and he was wearing the same type of crown.

That's when everything returned to me. It hit me full on. The people. The smell. The God.

"Oh. My. God." I whispered.

"Love?"

I whipped my head so fast it made me dizzy.

"Who the hell are you!?" I shouted. "Ho- how did you know what I was capable of?" Little late reaction but everything just started to hit me.

"Please calm down. You're going to hurt yourself."

I tried standing again but my legs were super wobbly.

He came over to help me but I swatted his hand away.

"Who. The. Hell. Are. You?" I said between breaths. I was trying to keep my anger under control.

"Please sit."

"Tell me!" I shouted.

"Natalie, I swear if you do not sit on that bed right now, I will pick you up and put you on there myself." It came out as a threat.

A cold chill ran down my back. And it wasn't from being scared.

"Don't tell me what to do!"

And before I knew it he was beside me in a flash picking me up.

"Put me down!" I shouted.

He put me on the bed an crawled over me.

"Calm down Natalie."

"T-tell me. Please. I just- I want to know!" Tears started poring out of my eyes.

I knew he wasn't going to hurt me, because if he wanted to he would have done it by now.

"Oh love. Please don't cry. I didn't mean I yell."

His thumb gently stroked the tears off of my face.

"I guess you do deserve to know." He paused. "You know my people and I are not normal?" It came out a question rather than a statement.

"Yes. You're to beautiful to not be. You don't have any flaws and everything is right about you."

"That's right. What do you think we are?"

"Gods."

"Correct. We were made a long time ago. We were made to look out for humans. But a few years later there was a war. The human had found out about us. They couldn't believe we could live such perfect lives and look so good. They thought it was unnatural. So they started a war. This war went on for many years and soon werewolves, vampires, and fairies were created. They were suppost to help rid the fear the people had of us Gods. It worked but it was to late. The humans had run us out. They killed my kind. It was quite gruesome. So now we have been hiding from afar. Helping the people who need it."

"What about the werewolves, vampires and fairies? Are they- do they still live?" I was shocked. I mean I've always wanted to hear something like this, but it was quite shocking.

"They still live among your world. But Natalie, there's something you need to know."

"Huh?"

"You're not human." He stated. Concern lacing his face. You could just tell he thought I wouldn't take this well.

"We'll duh! I could have told you that! But, what am I?" I was scared.

His face held some sort of shock.

"You are a-"

Before he could finish my phone rang.
