Zach's POV
I walked down the hallway to my language arts with my friend, Tristen. I sat down across from him and he did his typical kicking war between us. I laughed and went to play games on my laptop as he started annoying Axel. Sapphire laughed and Axel quickly swatted Tristen with her book, then went back to reading.
I sighed, watching Tristen poke at Axel, trying to annoy her. She quickly stood up with her book in her hand threatening to smack him with it. I laughed. She kicked me in the shin giving me a smirk while looking between me and Tristen. I blushed and Tristen went back to his book.

After school I went down to the library, surprised to find Tristen there. Axel went down to the recording room to make another video. As I went to see what she was recording, something grabbed me. Suddenly, I felt a hand yank me into a closet, and shove me into the wall.
"Hey! W-whos there?" I asked a little shaken. "Shhhhh its me!" I sighed as I heard Tristen's voice in the darkness. I suddenly felt a hand on my face that gently searched around, before touching my lips and retreating.
"what are y- Mpphf!" My sentence was muffled by a mouth on mine. I was stunned, but slipped into the kiss. He pulled away. "H-hey Zach?" He asked. "Yeah?" I heard him take a shaky breath. " Will you be my boyfriend?" I smirked into the darkness. "Yeah. And by the way, you use too much chapstick." I said before darting out with him on my tail. He knew I always teased him for it but never that bad.
He caught me and grumbled. "What was that?" I grumbled again before saying it clearly. "I love you..."
"I love you to Tristen."
