Hanzo POV:

I joined Overwatch a few months ago. So far nothing exciting has happened. I go on short missions and spend plenty of time practicing.

Practice... The one thing that relieves stress. There has been quite a lot of tension going around lately and I have not the slightest clue why.

I know who all of the members are already, I just don't want to talk to them. I could already tell Tracer was highly energetic and would make my head spin within two seconds of conversation. She reminded me a bit of Genji, he is always full of positive energy, even after what I did to him. He was the reason (well, after a ton of convincing) I joined Overwatch, to do good deeds instead of the corrupt family business. Aside from Tracer everyone else was usually calm and I hope it stays that way.

I became familiar with Ana Amari and she has been giving me tips on sniping since she has experience. I enjoy her company and was pretty much the only person I talked to.

"Hanzo, did you hear about the new recruit who will be joining in a few weeks?" Ana asked.

So that's why everyone was tense. I didn't really care much and shrugged it off. I mean what could be so bad about the new guy.

I needed something new in my life, so I asked Ana if I could try using her sniper rifle. She agreed and showed me the basics of using her rifle.

I thought I was pretty good for a complete beginner. I gained a liking to sniper rifles so I decided to continue practicing with my bow and arrows, but shift my schedule a bit to include using the rifle with Ana.

------

It has been two weeks and the new recruit has still not shown up to the HQ.

Why had he been taking such a long time?

Is he dangerous?

Why was he recruited?

Well it's not my problem anyways.

I was sitting in one of my special quiet spots when my thoughts were interrupted by Ana who was walking over with a small box. Probably about a foot long and not the most elegant thing in the world. It appeared if it had been beat up and was worn out.

"I know this may not look like much, but I found this while cleaning and decided to give it to you."

She handed it to me and I opened it. Inside was a shiny sniper rifle scope. It looked very good quality.

"Thank you Ana, I appreciate it a lot. It is very thoughtful." I said.

"No problem, but I want you to take very good care of it. That scope is important to me." She replied.

I thanked her again then slipped the scope into one of my pockets and walked back to my room.
