imagine; peter explaining what happened to him after he came back from his "stark internship"
"peter, how did you get a black eye?" you said. you handed him the ice bag you found in his kitchen so he'd stop using his hand to cover it.
he sighed. "these two guys tried to steal my bag. the main guys friend? he was huge.."
you squinted your eyes and at him and nodded, not believing him. "okay tough guy," you replied. it was almost time for dinner at your place so you kissed him on the cheek and started to leave.
"oh, peter?"
"yes (y/n)?"
"tell spider-man he should learn how to lie better."
and with that, you left his apartment, leaving a very shocked and confused peter to himself.
