"Woo!" I cheered. We just won the Semi Finals. I was about to walk to Lydia's car when a thought crossed my mind. Where's Stiles. He was supposed to be first line. I walked inside the school with the last of the lacrosse players, looking for the only person who'd know where he is.

"Excuse me, have you seen Stiles?" I asked a random player. They shook their head. I waited outside the locker rooms, hoping Stiles would turn up. When Danny left, I decided that I would go home.

I started to walk home when I got the feeling that I was being watched. I quickened my pace and kept walking. I arrived at home and climbed my tree to my room, thinking my dad was still downstairs. I rolled onto my bed and was startled by the two figures standing in my room.

"Derek! What are you doing in my room with..." I looked over to the second figure. "Peter?" I looked over to see the recently awoken comatose patient walk around my room. He picked up a picture  of me and Rhys. It suddenly made sense that he was the alpha, since his burn was newly healed.

"Nice little family you have," He told me, putting my picture down. "I had a family too, a lot like yours. Human, supernatural creatures, living together in harmony. That is, until they burned to death. Which is why I need your help"

"I'm not going to help you kill people"

"Well, I don't want to kill all of them. Just the responsible ones. And that doesn't have to include" He looked over to his relative.

"Allison" Derek told me. I looked over to him.

"You're on his side?" I asked angrily. "Are you forgetting the part where he killed your sister?"

"It was a mistake"

"A mistake?" I exclaimed.

"It happens" Derek told me lowly. I can't believe this.

"Aussie," Peter drew my attention back to him. "I think you're getting the wrong impression of us. We really just want to help you reach your full potential."

"By killing my friends" I muttered.

"Sometimes the people closest to you could be the ones holding you back the most. By the way, have you tried out your little roar yet?" He asked me. I shook my head.

"It could hurt my friends" I told him. He gave me a That's another example look. " And they're keeping me from becoming a psychopath like you." I told him angrily. he started to walk towards me and I took a step back closer to my bed. I fell onto my bed when he started to look at his finger.

"Maybe you could try to see things..." He unfurled his hand to present his claws. "from my perspective." He then suddenly jabbed his claw into my neck. I felt the claw release from my neck and blood trickle down my neck. I fell off my bed and saw Peter leave my room. I started to breath heavily as I felt my eyes glow. It started with my first night shifting and then shifted. I saw two people pouring gasoline all over the Hale house and Peter killing those guys we saw drinking that one night. I saw the alpha in the school, Peter killing the bus driver. I then started to see the people burning, their hands reaching out from the flames and them screaming. I then started to see the night me and the guys found the body.

Then I saw the night Scott got bit and Peter, his face all burnt, in the shower. His nurse helped him out on the full moon with all his murders. Derek's sister saw Peter out in the woods and then he killed her. It cut back to us finding the body. I felt myself shaking and I suddenly woke up. Scott and Stiles barged into my room.

"Aussie, we got a huge problem" They told me as I got up.

"I know" I grunted.
